I had a blast at this event! Met some new people, drank some tasty beverages and sampled some delicious food! Our waiter took special care to make sure I always had a drink in front of me and that I got plenty of the vegetarian options! My favorite was the quesadilla with cilantro pesto(made with almonds instead of pine nuts for those with allergies), goat cheese and melty cheese combined. So tasty. They also had a vegetarian mole on the cheese enchiladas. The owner was very friendly and helpful and told us that there are lots of options here for people with special dietary needs, including vegetarians and those with wheat and nut allergies. That always earns special bonus points in my book, and is especially hard to come by in most Mexican restaurants. I left here stuffed and a little tipsy so the event was a success in my book!
