Overall, I am happy with my experience with DVD Your Memories. I had them transfer almost 300 pictures, some of them 50+ years old, to DVD. I just picked up my pictures this weekend and am happy with the quality of the photo scans. The price I paid was reasonable and the turnaround was pretty quick. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because when I dropped off the pictures, the woman I worked with was not very friendly. She just took my pictures and counted them out. She did not go over all the options very well or tell me about the process. I received a DVD of my pictures, but I would have preferred to have been given the option of a flash drive. I didn’t think to ask what method I would receive the pictures, and she did not volunteer the info. Other then that, I would recommend and use this company again as the pictures turned out great.

I specifically made an appointment but when I arrived they were assisting another customer. No problem. I waited. Then another customer walked in and they started helping her while I stood there and waited. They told me that the other person in the office went on break and they had forgotten about my appointment. After 30 minutes of waiting, I walked out.

I was a little nervous handing over my wedding video, but these guys did an amazing job. Knowledgeable, friendly service, quick turn around, affordable and great quality.
