If I could give this no stars, I would. I came to exchange 2 items: a measuring cup in which it broke the minute I got home along with an icing cake knife that unfortunately had an edge sticking out. The cashier — Alex — was down right rude. At first she told me I couldn’t exchange the measuring cup because the sticker was coming off. I told her that the measuring cup had a crack it under the sticker. She replied saying, «I’ll take back this time but next time I’m not taking it back.» Her tone, attitude and lack of customer service is the reason for this horrible review. She rolled her eyes at me the entire time I was explaining my exchange. Grabbed the item out of my hand and walked off to put the items back on the shelf. I waited and asked for her name. In all honesty management should re-​think her position with them. I will no longer be shopping here thanks to today’s experience. Completely disgusted by her behavior towards a consumer.

Err, this area seems DEAD! Well, maybe when we came here its was a Sunday! That recent visit was on July 13th 2014. Time was about 11:19hrs. Hubs needed some items, while to me personally shopping here is just «MEH»… coz they don’t sell certain items that I am used to when shopping at other DOLLAR Tree Store. *SIGH*
Oh well…

The Sales Associate who handled our transaction that morning her name is Anita. Opening hours of this Dollar Tree is as following :

Friend dragged me here the other day when we were at Micro Center — most things are indeed just a buck. MY friend stocked up on alkaline batteries and I got some unusual food items I hadn’t seen before, like canned strawberries in syrup — also a great place to stock up on candy/​snacks before hitting the theater. Cashiers very polite and helpful. I didn’t see any energy drinks in here, but I was a little pressed for time — they seem to have a fairly large selection of food items; more so than the average Dollar Tree store.
