Dependable Cleaners

I had an incident where I felt I was overcharged. I emailed Dependable Cleaners, feeling feisty and admittedly a little self-​righteous.
The next morning I received a very nice phone call from Dependable Cleaners, eager to explain the situation and rectify it. They did NOT want to lose me as a customer. In this day and age, I really appreciate this kind of outreach. Points to Dependable Cleaners — you kept a customer and I will be back.

I usually like this cleaner because they offer same day service and are close to my office in DTC — I also like that they are open pretty late (8pm on weeknights) but I am very disappointed that I just had 3 dresses that I dropped off on Friday — I was promised them on Saturday and I just went in — Sunday at 2pm and Emily let me know one of my dresses wasn’t ready — could someone have called me?! I planned my whole day around getting this dry cleaning back as I planned to wear that dress tomorrow — I would have bought a new one rather than waste my time coming here I find out it’s not ready. Really disappointed that my info is DEFINITELY on file and nobody could give a courtesy call for that. Probably still gonna have to pay $ 20 for that dress too…

Best cleaner in DTC! Every time I go in, Chris knows who I am and gets me handled quickly… Knew me and my GF by name after the first time we went in. Excellent service!
