Let me start by saying I wish I had read these Unilocal reviews prior to booking with this company. ALL of these reviews are correct and please heed our advice: BEWARE. I booked a limo for my friend’s 30th birthday. Dino, the man I booked with, assured me that the Limo would be $ 495 for 4 hours, NOT including tip. He also threw in a ‘stocked’ bar to make the experience even better(spoiler alert: The ‘stocked bar’ consisted of 1 crystal pitcher of watered down vodka and 1 pitcher of tequila that was supposed to be rum. Who doesn’t want a tequila and coke??). The limo showed up late and the driver(Ryan) was extremely rude. I have booked many limos and party buses in my past, and have never had a driver openly judge his passengers for drinking the way this one did. Rude is actually an understatement as he actually had the audacity to tell the guest of honor to shut her trap. I won’t go into details but just imagine the most judgmental person you know in a bad mood, and that will be the tip of the iceberg of Ryan’s demeanor for the entire 4 hours. The fact that our driver was a jerk would not have mattered if he didn’t take advantage of our altered states of mind at the end of the night. He included a ‘driver’s fee’ on the bill, which was really a 20% gratuity. He had me sign this in the dark and pointed at the spot where I was to include tip. I graciously gave him a 25% cash tip on top of the included drivers fee, thinking that tip was not included(as Dino informed me earlier in the day). The next morning, I woke up and realized that Ryan had received almost a 50% tip for being honestly the worst limo driver any of us had ever experienced. Infuriated, I called Dino to have him refund me the 20% driver’s fee on my credit card. Dino, appalled by his driver’s action, ensured me that he would take care of it and would call me later in the day to confirm. He didn’t. So I called him the next day. He assured me that he hadn’t spoken to Ryan, but as soon as he did he would call me back. He didn’t. I called him the next day. Same story. To this day, I have not received a refund for the added money and have been continuously dodged by management. This business is run by scam artists and I can only hope that this review will at the very least warn others not to trust this company — This business does NOT care about making their customers happy.

If I could write an advertisement for this pitiful imitation of a legitimate company, it would go like this: «How would you like to ride in a short bus that we painted black and smells like ass? Enjoy being carted around by a driver who has absolutely no sense of direction? Does being left stranded at your destination until 1:30 in the morning, with no idea where your bus is, tickle your fancy? And who doesn’t like being wrongfully accused of property damage and having 700 dollars charged to your credit card without your permission? If you said yes to any of these questions, then DENVERLIMO&PARTYBUS is just what you’ve been looking for!!!» This is the worst business in Denver metro area by far, completely devoid of any integrity, customer service, empathy, and business sense, and the whole state of Colorado needs to boycott it and put these amateurs out of business. We chartered a bus for a Red Rocks show on our wedding weekend, and Denver Limo & Party Bus nearly ruined the most important weekend of our lives. DON’T USETHISCOMPANY. These jokers will not only make any excuse in the book when they are at fault, but WILLSHIFTTHEBLAMEONYOU, THEVICTIMOFTHEIRHORRIBLEBUSINESSPRACTICES. I still can’t believe my wife, family and close friends suffered through that crap, and that this business is operating.

WORSTBUSINESSEVER! I left my iPhone on their party bus. I called the next business day and after several attempts FINALLY got in touch with someone. I was directed to the manager who could tell me information about the whereabouts of my phone. Upon FINALLY getting in touch with Jeremy the manager, he informed me that no phone was found on the bus. About a week later, my stolen phone is turned on. I get a call from someone who had just purchased my phone from someone off Craigslist. They gave me the phone number of the guy that sold it and GUESSWHO’S NUMBERITWAS!!! It was JEREMY’S!!! WOW. The manager lied to me multiple times that my phone was not found but went and sold it on Craigslist. When I confronted him about it he never even denied it… He even went as far as removing the SIM card before he sold it. What a scum bag. This business could use a lesson on how to conduct themselves I will be telling anyone and everyone NEVER to use this company.

Bus was not very nice. Driver was texting on the highway, but that was the best thing she did! We planned to meet her before our concert was over to best the traffic but she had left he venue! She lied to us about where she was, which caused us to walk from red rocks amphitheater to the lower parking lot just to find out she was downtown! This is insanity. We had to take cabs and figure out other ways home because she then stopped answering our calls and we waited over and hour and a half! Beware. Be-freaking-ware. So far still no word on the belongings that were stolen, so hopefully the company makes it up to us(full refund, compensation for the cabs, and gets out stuff back) but at this point they haven’t. Will update review if anything changes.
