I used to come here 4 years ago and got all of my pants hemmd and zippers fixed, etc. I came in here a few weeks ago to find out how much it would be to get tons of pants done. They are the preferred tailor for Johnson & Wales(my school) so i assumed we would get good pricing… Much to my horror, they are gouging us on pricing. $ 15 a pair for cotton chef pants? and straight hem slacks? GTFO. Save you money and your blood pressure and go to Hot Pink Cleaners up the road where you will get a REALLY nice job for $ 10-$ 12. Also, the people at the counter were SODAMNRUDE!

Meh. Good luck trying to get in the door. The hours posted on the storefront are on the same as on the website, but twice I’ve shown up during their posted hours of operation and have been met with a locked door next to a «Come in, we’re open» sign. The second time I was there, I peeked inside and saw a man laughing. I knocked on the door and gave a little wave and gestured to the Open sign. He came up, opened the door, shouted gibberish at me and flipped over the sign so it read«Closed.» So apparently, they have some kind of bridge troll protection forces at work here to repel wannabe customers. Also, I’ve called them, twice. Using the number on the website, leaving a message and asking for when they’ll be open. No response in 2 weeks. Maybe it’s a storefront for something shady or for a secret Men-In-Black style government operation. Maybe it’s a portal into another dimension. But as far as I can tell, they have no interest in tailoring clothing.

Great Customer Service. My husband-to-be bought a suit at Macy’s and then had someone there mark it for alterations. When he got it back, one pant leg was shorter than the other. We advised Macy’s, who told us that their normal Alterations business was not available this week. They advised us to go to a back up Alterations business, Denver Custom Tailors. My husband-to-be spoke to Greg Czuba, who told him to bring the pants in and he would fix them on the spot. We drove to his location and he saw that the pants on both sides were too short and that the pants also needed to be adjusted around the mid area. Greg fixed the pants on the spot. Which for us was a good thing, because we needed the suit for our wedding in 4 days? I also inquired about getting a suit of mine altered there and as to how much it might cost. The price seemed reasonable. After Greg fixed the pants, we wanted to give him a tip for our deep appreciation. He was very nice and very task oriented in perfection. He refused to take anything, due to us being a Macy’s customer. We appreciate that he took care of us, even though he wasn’t the one who initially took the measurements or did the first initial Alterations. He was very kind to provide a service for us on short notice. Thank You Greg
