We like to go to the Denver Rock and Mineral Show which this seems to be a part of even though the R & M is a paid event and this is free to enter. Our interests are primarily fossil, so we will probably quit attending the R & M and just go to this one in the future because there are so many fossils here and it fits our interests better. The Coliseum is kind of on its last legs with a ridiculous parking lot, but the show more than makes up for the venue. And who would let a bumpy road and clumsy entrance get in the way of a great time?

I’m a HUGE rock nerd. So when I heard about this show, I just about went nuts. LOL. The show was HUGE. Not only was the coliseum filled, but there were tons of tents outside. There were vendors from all over the world — Madagascar, Brazil, India, Dominican Republic, Germany, Cabo, China, all over US, and many more! Prices ranged from super cheap to very expensive but if you find the right vendor, it was freakin jackpot! lol. The show had all kinds of rocks, minerals, gems, and fossils. I had so much fun I went twice and it STILL wasn’t enough. LOL I’m definitely going back next year! :)

So much fun and a great variety… this show is really growing into its space… fine jewelry to dino bones. Meet your favorites from the Prospectors T.V. Show!

Such an awesome show! My first year and found tons of great deals while dropping my jaw in awe over some of the expensive pieces. Great selection of fossils for show and to purchase, too. For a FREE show, it doesn’t get better!
