Is actually Genessee Coffee now and even better than previous name. Good selection of the usual drink and food items.

They’re fine and everything, but it was hard for me to pay $ 5 for their«pirogi» hot pocket sandwich knowing that they don’t make it in house, get it wholesale, and then repackage as something new. But worst of all? BLAND. The big plus — decent coffee and nice interior design that works well with their Russian-branding.

Great place! Customer service is superb. Coffee is the same/better than Starbucks. I highly recommend it! Only negative is the location is a little hard to get to(parking can be an issue if you are meeting someone here).

My partner and I came here during one of the snowstorms for a bit of a treat and something warm. My drink was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had in my life and hers was nothing to write home about either. She got the coffee cappuccino and I got the caramel mixed drink. Mine was literally pure sugar. Though I’m sure this is like any other coffee place– it’s all about preference, it just didn’t fit the bill for me.

I been coming here since late 2006. As a non-coffee drinker, even I can taste the difference between good vs bad coffee. I always order the same things and it’s too die for: Vanilla chilla(chilla = frap for you Starbuck peeps) with a shot, no whip. Make sure you ask for vanilla bean and not the vanilla latte. Be warned, it’s not cheap for the medium size @ $ 5.45

My Goodness. This place has the Biggest Effing Brownies Ive ever seen. In Russia We dont eat brownie. In Russia BROWNIEEATZYOU. Ive had the Hot Chokolate here before. This time I ordered the White Chokolate Chai Tea with White Chokolate in it. The Prices are better than Other Establishments that are on every street corner. The Atmosphere is brighter and airy as well. Friendly staff that deserves a tip. I had a Raspberry muffin here on a previous visit and it was fresh soft, and the berries were bursting with flavor. Join the Text club and get a mobile 4.00 GIft card which is cool as well.

Love this Dazbog. The employees are kickass and the drinks are always delish! I can grab me an Onion, a Westword and a tasty drink and snack. Love the location, and it has become my fav lil coffee shop downtown. It is comfy cozy and there is great people watching on that corner. I get a different drink each time and they always make them perfect and with a smile. I even got a free beverage on my birthday! Rock on.

I got a soy iced mocha and a southwestern veggie pierogi. They warmed up my food and put it on a plate with actual silverware instead of plastic– and the drink was good n strong. Both guys working were very nice and polite(I hope everyone complaining is using their please and thank you’d because you get what you give), and had me ready in no time. Chain or not, I left satisfied.

A fantastic alternative to the giant corporate hydra of Starbucks. I had a medium mocha, and it was so nice to say«medium» and not have some snotty jerk behind the counter say«you mean grande?» That alone was worth it, but the coffee was just great.

As far as location, this place is convenient if you are getting on/off the free mall ride at Civic Center Station, it is however, grimy. It just seems a little worn to me. Clientele inside are fine, but there are all kinds of loiterers outside that you might have to make your way through. Associates seem nice enough and the coffee is fine. It doesn’t wow me and it doesn’t disappoint. They have free wi-fi and a half dozen or so tables and chairs. It works. Its a place you go because it is there, not because you really love it!

Free wi-fi. Friendly staff, fast service. The neighborhood clientele leave something to be desired. I dig the Russian theme.

Great coffee shop. The staff is efficient and friendly without being overly so, and everyone on the line makes, at the least, a great cup of coffee. Perfect if you work downtown…

Um no. Who drinks this crap, honestly? Starbucks is better and that speaks volumes about how crappy the coffee actually is here(sorry I drink real coffee and espresso). They should call it dark bitterwater. No wonder they drink vodka instead of coffee in Russia. I had a breakfast burrito too once. It tasted slightly better and was more filling(it is advertised as ½ pound on the label) than dog food.

My fave coffee shop in Downtown Denver. They offer a couple different blends everyday, the baristas are super friendly, and the mall facing window seats provide awesome people watching opportunities.

This coffee shop is convenient. It’s near the Civic Center bus station if I’m on my way around town. I’ve been three times now. I’m not sure if it’s due to the time of day that I visit, but twice it smelled like bleach and chemicals, though I didn’t see anyone doing serious cleaning. I’m touchy about scent, so maybe it is just my personal issue. But it definitely keeps me from lingering. I like local businesses, so I occasionally visit Dazbog. I’m not sure I ever thought, «Russia. Now THAT’S a nation that knows coffee!» And after a few samples, I’m still not sure I’d say that. I’ve tried the free wifi here twice, and two times it crapped out on me. I used the wifi from the McDonald’s next door instead.
