I’m not going to lie, it wasn’t my worst experience but it certainly wasn’t my best. My nail technician that dos my pedicure didn’t file my nails, clip my cuticles, she only put one coat of polish on, and I purchased the second from the most expensive. My boyfriend received it but I did not. It was just meh. I used to live near here and went all the time so I made a special trip to go here. I’ve been trying out different places around denver to find one close and have been disappointed every time. I will say that I like that they use bowl liners for the pedicure chairs. I am very very very disappointed in my service, so much that I won’t be back.

Had been going to CT Nails for years and they had low prices and the staff was friendly they raised their prices but didn’t change the website. So I went in and I asked for the $ 25 spa pedicure. The employee told me that the prices had gone up and hadn’t changed the website. I texted u friend and she said they raised the prices over 8 months ago. I was annoyed but also was meeting someone there so couldn’t leave. They asked me if I wanted sea salt and I said no. They then asked me TEN more times and kept pushing it and I had to say no aggressively. Once started the employee asked if I want to make my heels soft. I said yes. Apparently that meant she was gonna sea salt my feet and than she cheated me for the full leg sea salt service. My friend asked for a couple polka dots with white polish on her one big toe for fun and they charged an extra $ 7 for that. Needless to say they lost two customers and I plan on telling all my friends my experience. A normally $ 25 pedi cost $ 40 after they were done ripping us off.

I’m writing this post after having both a good and not so good experience here. The first time I went in was over my lunch break to get a gel manicure I got right in and the girl set to work. She didn’t speak two words to me but my nails were meticulous and the gel lasted over 4 weeks. The price was a little high but I felt since it lasted so long it was worth paying for. The second time I went in for a regular(non gel basically one color) mani around but 5:15 on a Saturday night. I was greeted and asked to pick a color. The salon was really busy but I figured the wait would be maybe 15 – 20 minutes because they had so many people working. I was never given a wait time so assumed it wouldn’t be long. My husband dropped me off so he could go get a haircut. After waiting for over an hour(I couldn’t leave as husband had car) I was finally helped. People who came in with an appointment were obviously helped before me and I was never apologized to or asked to come back later. Just poor customer service. While I was getting my nails done everyone else cleaned up and left except for the manager and my technician, they said sorry once under their breath. They were turning off lights as I was drying my nails. Just a bad experience overall. I get it that I came in when it was busy but gosh, they could have been more courteous and try to make up for the long wait. I felt like they couldn’t wait to leave! The mani was fine — same girl as I had before but she seemed peeved that she had to remove my old gel polish and again didn’t speak to me. In the end I would say if you have a boatload of time go ahead in on the weekend while they are busy but perhaps make an appointment a day out –you’ll get helped before the walk ins like me. Otherwise go at a random time during the week when no one is there and you’ll get helped right away.

Walk in was easy $ 27(+ $ 6 tip = $ 33!) for basic pedi and she spent quite awhile w me. So relaxing. Comfy chairs, tons of colors. I’ll be back. My toes look so happy! Mani/Pedi is $ 37 I think? I’ll do it next time. French manicures look great here I noticed.

These girls do an amazing job every single visit– whether it be mani, pedi, gel, polish, etc. There’s always a bit of a wait so avoid going during rush hour. It’s not fancy at all but it’s so worth it.

I was extremely dissapointed with my experience at CT Nails. First of all I had an appointment for 4:00 and they didn’t start working on my nails until 4:30. Second, the woman helping me didn’t say anything to me except when she was trying to make me get the more expensive nail set and then to ask if I wanted an eyebrow wax also. The color selection was large but not great. And my acrylic nails came out crooked and overpriced. I would highly recommend staying away from this awful nail salon.

Horrible quality! I went in for a pedicure and a set of white tip Acrylics yesterday. I left with huge bubbles on my nail that made them look like they where dirty. I quickly went back and they only fixed 5 of the nails. Then I woke up this morning and they are already peeling up on the corners. What a waste of $ 60!

A very impersonal, rudely slow service. I waited 40 minutes and my pedicure lasted 10 minutes. I was not addressed or thanked, more like an object being moved along an assembly line. I could’ve done a better job at home with less wait and in a more comfortable environment. For the amount of non-spa nail places out there, I recommend you try any one other than this.

I come here every 2 weeks. I’ve never had a problem with a long wait and the staff is super friendly. Some nail techs are better than others, but my nails always end up looking fine!

Such a great place to get your nails done! I went in this time around 3pm on a Friday, and it was pretty busy. Even so, they were able to accommodate me pretty quickly, no long wait. I’ve managed to get the same girl a few times now, and she hasn’t disappointed yet! This place is fairly close to where I live, and even though there are other choices nearby, I will keep coming back to this one.

I love the girls that work here! They always make you laugh and feel welcome. Plus, they did an amazing job on my pedicure and my shellac manicure. This is my go to spot. Mimi is the best!

This salon is efficient and professional. You can make am appointment but not necessary. Fair prices, very clean, new products in use. I like the location as there is lots of parking. I’ve been coming here now a couple years and super happy with everyone there.

I came into CT today for a pedicure as a walk-in and it was my first time there. I waited probably 45 minutes. I think it would have been helpful for them to inform me it would be so long, but beyond that, the service was good. For the price and the quality of the pedicure, it was a pretty good experience overall. Everyone is very friendly and they have student discounts!

I love this salon! It’s very clean, the staff is friendly and very professional. I’ve never had to wait long if I come in without an appointment. Hot stone massage is included, heavenly! There are several nail salons in this area but I’ll only come here!

Love Van, love the whole team. They always go the extra mile for me. I chose a light color before my vacation to Florida and I was in the sun so much the color changed. If been warned at another salon of this happening but forgot. I went in and Van totally redid my week old manicure for free and last minute at the end of her day. Loved it and that’s not the first time they’ve helped me out last minute. Can’t say enough good about these ladies!

I would give this place 2.5 stars. They did their job but nothing about the place or experience blew me away. My «spa» pedicure was pretty unremarkable; the nail technician looked bored out of her mind and barely touched my feet/legs for the scrub and moisturizing portion of the treatment. The prices were reasonable but I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere.

NEVERAGAIN! I won’t type my review in all caps but just had to get that out because two weeks later, I’m still pissed off about my experience. Three of us went here after work on a Monday night with appointments set up. We picked our colors(huge selection) then the experience went downward from there. The girl doing my pedicure said two things to me the entire time, the first one being«Is that your color?» and then NOTHING through the whole pedicure, that was a tad awkward. She barely let me soak my feet and got to work on my toes right away. While doing my cuticles, she pricked my skin and it hurt so I said«Ow». She kept going and did it again when I screamed«OW!» that time and almost kicked her in the face. I think she finally got the point that it hurt me and then finished the pedicure. I was chatting with my friends trying to enjoy the experience when she came up to me to say the second thing of the night«Are you ready to pay?». I gave her my card, we continued to talk then at 645p they started to turn off the lights and get their coats. I was confused by this since the sign on their door clearly says they are open until 7p. They didn’t say one word to us like ummmm«Hey, we’re closing early» then just stood there, looked at us so we got our belongings together and went outside to continue our conversation. Oh yeah, I didn’t mention how my color still wasn’t dry on my toes and I was wearing the crappy flipflops they give you huh? That and the fact that it was snowing so I had to walk through the snow in the flipflops was just the cherry on the sundae for my experience at CT Nails. Once more – NEVERAGAIN! If you’re going to get your nails done, visit a place that knows what customer service is and how to treat paying patrons. This place freakin blows.

If you want a luxury spa this place is not for you. If you want to get your nails done quickly this is a great spot. Plenty of parking in this location. Gel/shellac manis available. Walk-ins welcomed. Everyone was nice and knew many of the customers by name. Will I be back again? Sure. The service was fast but like I said, not the cleanest, nicest spa I’ve been too but their prices are fair so I can’t complain.

Fannnnnnnntastic foot rubs! This place does not look like much but the quality MORE than makes up for ANY lack of fanciness! The staff is always super friendly. The owner addresses everyone by name and always remembers me! The tech that does me is new and inexperienced, but she has hands of magic! She always does her best and always listens to what I want! If they had a bar it would be perfect in my opinion! They have my repeat business!

Convenient location from my apartment. Very fair prices — $ 25 pedicure, $ 35 mani/pedi. They offer shellac nails too. A shellac/pedi combo was $ 45 or $ 50, I think? What keeps me coming back here is the staff — very friendly and the remember who you are! If not by name then definitely by face. No appointment necessary — they usually have enough people working to accommodate walk-ins.
