I can’t imagine the one-​star reviewer dealt with the same company I did. I had the opposite experience — Courtesy has made two house calls for me, and both times it was all but effortless on my part. They answer the phone day and night (pretty rare in this industry), and make themselves available ²⁴⁄₇ every day of the week, including weekends (REALLY rare — in fact, they’re the only ones I’ve encountered who do this).
Although we did have one miscommunication that left me waiting at home one day without anyone showing up, once I called and we got it cleared up, they sent their technician out THE NEXT DAY. On top of it, Courtesy’s rates are extremely reasonable. I can’t speak highly enough of them. I don’t see how you could do any better than Courtesy, which truly lives up to its name.

My a/​c stopped working during the day yesterday. I called Courtesy this morning and they were able to respond within a few hours. It is a newer home with newer systems. Rock found a loose wire within a few minutes and we are cooling again. And the price was fair. Thanks guys.
They know what they are doing, are nice and deliver the service. You won’t regret using them.

oh my what a horrible company this is. The day of my service I was called by a lady to let me know that they were unable to come to my house because they drove by and noticed that I had a crawl space and her worker hurt his knee so they would not be able to come. First of all I don’t have a crawl space I have a full basement. She then proceeded to tell me that all the houses in the neighborhood have crawl spaces. I assured her that I did not have a crawl space but a full finished basement. Then she told me that her daughter had an eye appointment and wanted to come by later. I told her that did not work for me. She then kept babbling other excuses and I told her that I would just find someone else. After I hung up I realized that this is so unprofessional and I called them in the first place because they had good ratings. To makes a long story short she called me back pretending to be the Owner and proceeded to cuss my out and call me a smart ass Bitch! I was so upset and crying that I had to call my husband to come home. I have never in my life been treated like this before. So if you are looking for a Professional Company don’t call these people.

Rock was great! Showed up very quickly, excellent service, and a great guy. For the price of the motor replacement part plus the service call fee, my furnace was up and running within no time. Keeping his contact info for any future needs.

I’ve worked with Courtesy Heating for years and they have always done an excellent job, been very flexible with my schedule and my heat bills have gone way down. I’m a realtor and I’ve recommended them to many of my clients and they’ve always been pleased with their work. Their prices are fair and they’ll point out safety issues if they exist. Very friendly and professional. I got home at a late hour with no heat. I called multiple heating businesses and they were the only ones who answered my call. They arrived at my home within twenty minutes. Due to the late hour and needing a new furnace, they were thoughtful enough to leave me with multiple spaceheaters overnight. I am very with pleased with their services and will highly recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
