Buyer beware! There’s a reason businesses are permanently on Living Social, and it’s generally because they can’t make it any other way. These folks scheduled me for a next day appointment(I didn’t ask, they volunteered it) even though the weather was predicted to be terrible. When I called the next day because they were 45 minutes late, they couldn’t tell me how much later they would be, said they would generally not even go out in such conditions, and made it sound like it was somehow my fault for even asking. Tons of excuses, no accountability, and when I got frustrated they cancelled my appointment entirely. Then hung up on me. Then called me BACK to snivel and complain some more(totally my favorite part, first you throw a hissy fit and cancel my appointment for asking valid questions like ‘when do you think you could be here?’ and then you call me back apparently to remind me that you’re really good at hissy fits and really, amazingly bad at customer service. Nice one, dude). A ton of frustration for nothing.
