I stayed at this place for a year and at first it was good. Then as spring rolls around, there goes any peaceful weekend you may have. I work nights so I sleep during the day and over pretty much every weekend during warm weather, some group is out having a loud party with very loud music. It’s awful. But thats not the worst thing. I decided not to renew my lease and called several times and left voicemails. They claimed they never received any. so finally I went down to talk with them in the middle of the month and ask why they ignored my voicemails. They stated they never got them. So now Im living in my new apartment and get what I think is my deposit back and its a bill stating I owe them money for the half month I didnt notify I was leaving. Wow. yeah please stay away from this place.
