Extra Slow service. Wings didn’t live up to the hype. Manager was nice tho. First game of the NFL season, but they had double booked some blind date, art tutorial class and wouldn’t let us turn the TV up… But wouldn’t let us turn the music up either for some reason… If the wings were as good as advertised I probably wouldn’t have been as mad.

Great service. Great food. Staff seem to have fun working here. Britney is amazing.

Great food and drinks! Love going there for any occasion. The waiters are nice and friendly especially one by the name of Daniel. Definitely the place to be in Northfield.

Have been wanting to go to this place and finally did tonight, I have never experienced such horrible service from our waitress. She threw down our coasters at us when we first sat down, I was shocked! Then the whole service was crap. We wanted separate checks and asked her she treated us like such crap for asking. Little does she know I tip amazing for good service and left her nothing because of her awful customer service. We wont ever go back because of her and will tell everyone our experience!

I never do reviews like this but I’m doing this in hopes of the owner seeing this and maybe making a change of some sort. We came in and seated ourselves which is cool because they weren’t packed, as in there was no wait. The waitress came by twice in an hour. It took 20 minutes for us to have drinks delivered, 45 minutes for our appetizers to arrive and after an hour passed, we decided to go elsewhere. It wasn’t really a «dine and ditch» because we didn’t get a chance to actually dine. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Our food took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive on a slow day. We ordered a 20 piece wing and it took almost 40min to arrive at our table. Some of the servers were awesome, but most were rude and un attentive. The owners sat at the table on their phones while eating, not even bothering to do table visits and check on guests. The bar tender at the time was very rude, very ghetto, and didn’t pay attention. However Kaleigh is an AMAZING bar tender so make sure to see her. The manager was the best person in the place at the time, making sure everyone was taken care of. All in all, avoid this place and don’t waste your time.

Don’t come here. Don’t EVER come here. The only thing worse than the food was their service. The only thing worse than the service was their music selection, it’s not every day you go into a sports bar and hear nothing but 90’s R&B. I got the steak sandwich and only got thru two bites before throwing it away. The place looks like it has a lot of potential from the outside but falls way under an acceptable experience.

Worst service i ever had my wait for drinks and food was super long and when my food finally came it wasn’t cooked correctly. But my brother loves this place. Probably not enough good help

The staff at Cleatz is golden! They are fun, friendly and attentive. They remember you by name and some of them know what you order! The have the best Happy Hour & Wings in the Stapleton/​Park Hill area ~ and we are encouraging them to branch out in RiNo or Lodo! ~ you won’t regret this neighborhood sports bar & if you’re thinking about going to the competitor across the street, THINK AGAIN!

Their service has definitely improved over the past 6 – 9 months… I have had some pretty awesome nights at this place. Keep improving and I will keep coming back!
The owner is super kind and up for constructive criticism and even more so, she is keen on making her business BETTER. Along with that, you can tell they take their business serious, this isn’t going to be a «fly by the night» bar, they have a great area, they have damn good food, the drinks are plentiful, and a fun crowd (well maybe just cause I make all the fun) :-)
I will continue to patronize this establishment, their team has grown, just as the business has, and those are the type of businesses I like to support.
I can’t wait until football season Cleatz… we will definitely have some fun Sunday’s ahead of us!
BTW… I have learned REALLY quick… Über is my best bet after staying in here for a couple hours! Their bartenders definitely know how to pour a good drink!

Resturants with mixed reviews can go either way for me. This one I am only giving two stars.
The positive. Absolutly well done decir. Love the feeling of a lodge in the mountains in the city. For sports fans their is not a bad seat in the house. At my seat I could se over a dozen tvs easily. Hardest thing was choosing which one to watch.
The negative is the food. I got the chicken fried steak. It came out so hard that it made it nearly impossible to eat. It would take 20 or so bites before it would begin to breakdown. However my wife’s bbg rib let’s were the oposite. Fall off the bone, juicy and just good. Not to mention their house made BBQ was great.
If you want to go to a place to watch a game, drink and not eat any food then this is a good choice. If you want dinner then go someplace else.

Pros: nice wait staff, very helpful and friendly. Yummy appetizers.
Cons: food left much to be desired… especially taste. Didn’t even get a to-​go box, since I knew I wouldn’t be eating it.
Maybe just go here for playing pool, drinks, and apps.

Am i crazy or does cleatz have enemies. I love this place so it pains me to see the stars so low.
The owners are nice people, the drinks are potent & delicious, great atmosphere, safe/​modern locale & the food is awesome (well, everything I’ve tried).
If you choose to dine here be ready to wait on your food to be prepared. Even the menu says Sit & Sip cuz it’s going to be awhile. If u don’t have at the very least, 20 minutes to spare then go to Mc Donalds. This is not a fast food establishment.
Love their Catfish… nuggets or filet! Seasoned just right!
Obviously, the people who frequent Cleatz don’t Unilocal because it’s always a good amount of people present who must be enjoying this place, just like i do.

We walked in and then out. What a shame. We heard amazing things about the food from an extremely reputable source. We went to the bar and were greeting by a woman in a bad mood and no smile. While we waited for her to take our drink order we noticed a smell… the smell of a wet sponge? No, it smelled like sewage. We left without the wings, macaroni and cheese and the beers we were thirsty for. So bummed.

After looking at the menu online I was super excited to go eat there. My 23 yr old son and I went, played two games if pool and no one ever came over to bring menus or drink order. My son tried to flag a waitress and she just turned away. Forget it Cleatz– I don’t care how awesome your food maybe
