Several years ago I took my van in to have the timing belt changed they didn’t charge it, CHARGED me for it. Ask me how, I found out they hood winked me… Broke down on hwy 85. Timing belt frayed and broken. Thank goodness it only cost me $ 1,200 tow and a over night stay in a hotel. They will never get another chance to steal from me again.

Poor service, employees are rude and seem to not really care about their job. Had an alignment done and it was done improperly, had to take it somewhere else to get done. The store manager tim seems to be the only solid thing about this place.

Clark Tire seems to be THE place in Denver if you want your vehicle fixed right the first time. The manager, Tim McGee has been there a long time and is great to work with. He also seems to hire the best auto mechanics because we have never had to take a vehicle back once it was repaired here. They have now twice repaired my wife’s car when our«regular» mechanic mis-diagnosed it and failed to repair it correctly. The first time was a starter problem that he had twice and failed to fix and when the starter died it left my wife stranded out in the country. The second problem was overheating/cooling system problem that he fixed 4, that’s right 4 times and each time the car overheated again within a day or two of getting it back. Clark Tire diagnosed both problems and repaired the car correctly the first time and we have had no problems since the car has been repaired at Clark Tire. All though their labor rates are on the high side, It is worth it I have learned to have your vehicle repair correctly the first time and not have to take it back over and over again because the guy with the cheap labor rates fails to fix it right. In the end, if I had taken it to Clark Tire the first time, I would have saved myself and my wife a whole lot of time, headaches and money. Lesson Learned!
