Cignot Denver

Best vape store in Denver. I have sat next to strangers on airplanes and we have discussed how amazing this store is. Always so friendly and helpful. They help fix my mods when I am stupid and break them. They even gave me a loaner one time when I needed one. First rate customer service. The juice selection is wonderfully curated and really high quality (yeah Monster Melons!) and is expanding every time I go in. I have moved and still drive across town to come here because they are the best.

Update: I didn’t get a box, but paid the price for the deluxe box without anything included that was supposed to be there.
This store broke up factory-​sealed vaporizer battery sets made by E-​leaf and charged me separately for all of the parts. I found out after visiting a dozen other stores who told me it was supposed to be sold as a set. I didn’t even get a charger and was charged extra for the free tank adapter. I went back to address it all with them and their sole response was, «Oh, really?». They don’t want my repeat business there apparently.

Cody at cignot is the real deal. For anyone who is new to vaping or seeking a nicotine replacement therapy to quit cigarettes, go here. Very knowledgeable and helpful and shoots beginners straight in plain English. While I was in the shop, some regulars came in cause they have the best juice and gave some positive reinforcement that I made a good choice on my purchase

Finally found a great place!
Seems whenever I would go to a Vapor shop they were all the same.
— black walls, full of vapor, sweaty, cracked out guys telling you every flavor is their favorite & trying to up sell you at every turn.
This place was clean, well lit, both guys there were knowledgable and gave me the info that I needed. My atomizer wasn’t working, they tried to repair it and when we couldn’t get it working right, they replaced free of charge.
I will certainly be going here from now on!

First let me say, I am a 54 year old women who is trying to quit smoking after over 30 years. I happen to try a vape pen purchased at a local ecig store and became hooked with the concept. I decided I needed a different style pen and different juice and happen to be in the plaza that Cignot is in. A very nice young gentlemen, Joe greeted me and I explained my situation. Joe spent a good 30 minutes with me testing juices and explaining how everything worked to me. I never ever felted rushed and the store is quaint and clean. The selection was outstanding and he actually took the time to listen to my needs and found the perfect juice and pen for me! I can’t thank him enough. Absolutely great customer service. Oh and they have the cutest little drip tips!
To those that do not know how to find the shop. Here’s the best way. They are on the Northeast corner of Ward and 64^th. Right behind Starbucks. Turn right into the Plaza (in front of 7 – 11) and stay to your right. They are in that first strip on the right. Really easy! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. Seriously!

Me and my buddy stopped by on our way from Denver to maine. Customer service was great, staff was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had a ton of local juice lines but I walked out with «The Milk» by Breakfast at Teleos. If I’m ever back in town best believe you’ll see me again. Thanks for the great experience.

This place is awesome!
I’m new to this whole ecig/​vaping thing, but the people in there are wildly helpful. I got setup with a whole system, for less than I expected. They walked me through all the different options, and dealt with me while I tried all the different systems. And didn’t roll their eyes when I went back and forth.
I’m sure you can order this stuff online, but it’s so much nicer to actually walk into a place and have the people help you out. Not to mention it’s great to be able to try flavors and actually hold things in your hand before forking out the cash for it.
I’d certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try this stuff out. Unrelated to this place, since getting my vape pen from them I haven’t gone back to smoking cigarettes. Seriously these things are fantastic. I can taste food again, and my clothes don’t stink. I won’t ever smoke cigarettes again.
I guess the one knock is that parking isn’t exactly ideal, and I usually have to go around the block to find parking.
