Chick-fl-A is probably a five star rating because of its service, atmosphere, and food. I love to go to Chick-fl-A because it has a play place and it has wonderful yummy food. The service at Chick-fl-A is fast with nice employees. Friendly people are always there. The atmosphere is always spot on. Chick-fl-A is super close it is just off of West Remington plaza. The people there are always so helpful. Finally, The food is to die for there at Chick-fl-A.One of there drinks is the strawberry milkshakes. Lastly, The crisp chicken sandwich’s are the food I always get there. I love to go to CHICK-FL-A!

Doesn’t this restaurant chain openly discriminate against the LGBT community? How are they still open? I’m confused…

Wow Brock who helped me out, pretty sure was the manager, really out did any bad chick fil la experience I have ever. I came through the drive though and got a number 1 meal, somehow I got one with cheese on it when I checked when I was home. Due to me being allergic, I called for a refund since i was pretty far away. Brock offered to bring me everything to my door and he so did. I was very thankful because Breakfast is the best time of the day. Could not believe how far he went out of his way, even gave me some coupons and extras! Ordered a bagel with cream cheese but got salsa instead of my cream cheese. Why?! Why must you disappoint?! Cool place though. Fast drive through, but maybe too fast since my order was wrong.

Always good for a quick bite. Breakfast and salads are great too. Their polynesian and chik-fil-a sauce is awesome!

Worst chick fil a location in Colorado. I had to talk to employee working the drive thru and he for some reason couldn’t hear or understand anything I was telling him. I asked for crispy French fries and got burnt chicken nuggets. Wouldn’t recommend this location, the service was not up to Chick Fil A standards whatsoever.

The food here is amazing, but tonight I want to recognize the employees for something else. My tire went flat while I was in the drive through and the staff not only watched my car for me while I went to get a donut, one of the employees(Luis) actually hung out and helped me change it after hours! Thank you guys so much for going WAY above and beyond. :)

A #1 with extra pickles and lemonade, please. But really, I LOVE chick-fil-a. Across the board the food is always consistent and the service is excellent. I typically go through the drive-thru which is a little bit slower than other fast food restaurants, but I’d much rather wait a few more minutes for higher quality food. I think the service also makes the experience, I’ve never dealt with anyone who is irritable or even less than friendly. Chick-fil-a must be doing something right :)

Food was good. Service started out good then went down hill when getting a refill. 4 people right behind the counter and I was completely ignored. Even the manager was one of the 4 and was ignored by him as well. Finally got a refill once another employee came from behind the wall and refilled my drink. Just goes to show even at a Christian establishment they choose who they serve.

Just got home and they didn’t put chicken in the chicken biscuits. Like seriously? How amateur is that. Way to be a cliché on Colfax Ave.

Growing up in Atlanta, you learn to like Chick Fila. then you realize to yourself, «it’s a Southern thing, like sweet tea». You won’t get it anywhere else. Then I saw them pop up in Louisville, KY. I would have thought they would have left it that. Thankfully, I was wrong! As I was cruising down Colfax one day, I had to double take when I saw a sign for CFA. For a moment, I couldn’t comprehend what state I was in. It then sank in– I was in Colorado, and this is for real. I put it on the backburner for a while, until one of my employees kept taunting me bringing in CFA for lunch. It got to a point where I couldn’t take it anymore, I am going to get some, even if it gets me in trouble! So off I went. My first visit, I realized the entrance is in the back– and the building is big. It looks weird– like a post office with a drive through and modern technology. I have no idea if there is seating inside– I know there is seating outside. There is a parking lot in the back along with 2 drive through lines and a separate building for the second drive through. I guess they use that teleport technology to send your food! I do know though, ice cream is still walked to the second building. I was amazed how much CFA has evolved. They even have grilled nuggets now! One of the highlights is though is that the people who work there are so friendly– I felt like I was at home! So yea, of course I will be coming back!

«Chicken is for people who don’t know what they want.» I think this was something Anthony Bourdain once said… I’m not quite sure what the national obsession is with this franchise… Buttered bun, pickles, Fresh Veg(at an additional cost) chicken is cooked to the point of juicy — I think it’s pressure cooked… Seasoned properly… I mean… it’s a decent chicken sandwich, but I feel that it’s nothing to hold as the pillar of chicken sandwiches… This is no In-N-Out of the chicken world… That all being said, this particular location annoys me more than others, because, while I don’t understand the hype, I get that it’s better than other fast food chicken sandwiches… And I am more annoyed by this particular location, is because they seemed to have closed the express location within walking distance of me, in order to open up this place on east Colfax…

Slow slow slow… There is a guy on the corner spinning a sign advertising breakfast. He should be inside helping. Sitting in line for 15 minutes for breakfast is unacceptable. First time and last time stopping here.

I am so glad I can finally give this place 4 stars. This was my fifth time coming to this location– and it seems like the staff actually care about their jobs. My husband and I ordered a cool wrap, a spicy chicken sandwich, and 2 fries. The food was delivered to our table very quickly, and the fries were so fresh and yummy! After our meal, we decided we wanted to split a large strawberry milkshake. The manager said he couldn’t divide it into two cups. So we ended up getting 2 smalls!(honestly im kind of glad because I got to have 4 more ounces of DELICIOUSNESS) Overall, it was a great experience. We always tend to get the receipt with the survey to turn in for a free chicken sandwich. so that was a nice BONUS! PS — the first couple times we went… we had to wait FOREVER for our food, the employees were rude and served their coworkers FIRST while we would just stand at the counter watching the cooks not make our food… I hope we never have experiences like that again. but this past time– STRONGWORKCHICKFIL A!

I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. There was someone new at the cash register and her supervisor was adding so much stress to the poor girl. You could feel the tension. Finally got my order and drove off. Got close to destination and realized they got my order wrong. Drove back to watch 2 people playing and no one addressed me or the fact that I was standing there. Finally the girl said«can I help you?» I politely explained I got the wrong order. She had the nerve to try and tell me I didn’t. I opened the box and receipt and she said«oh» They brought the correct order then looked at me and said«we can’t take that other food back». As if I wanted them to! I was showing them they got the order wrong. Did anyone apologize? Nope. What a poor representation of chik fil a

Should I be eating fried chicken sandwiches? The obvious answer is no, but chick-fil-a is soooo good! this location is pretty convenient to work and home so it’s a no brainier if I’m looking for a quick bite. I visited this location for the first time yesterday(Feb 2015) and its newer than most. clean dining area, quick service, and can I just say I’m impressed with the double drive thru!

Dude I love Chick fill’s sandwiches. I am hard pressed to find another sandwich so fine for under 4 $, execpt the glorious Bahn Mi, found in international districts all over this great nation. For road trips, Chick Fil, fills the void. If it was not for the politics I would be even more vocal about my love. Side note, I always crave then on Sundays the one damn day they are closed, so that the faithful may worship god– Darn it. Also many of them have free wifi.

I have never set foot inside this location and probably never will. They have a double drive thru and that’s all I really need. You’ll get the same friendly and fast service and hot and fresh food you’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The good news for me is that this location is super close to work and easy to stop by at lunch or on the way home if I need a quick dinner. The bad news — because I shouldn’t be eating fried chicken and bread — is that this location is super close to work and easy for me to swing by. But regardless, here are four of my favorite words: Peppermint Chocolate Chip Milkshake.

Drive thru establishments are not usually a dining destination for me, however they serve a purpose during timing constraints and those cravings I just have to satisfy. This location is conveniently located on Colfax and has a double drive thru in the back. I will reiterate what so many others have mentioned — the service here is beyond friendly. The food is what one would expect for fast food. I really dig the chicken sandwiches and all the different sauces they offer — did you know they have seven sauces? On my last visit they gave me one of each so I could try them all, I dipped until I ran out of fries. Not an everyday kind of place but it satisfies when I have a craving.

Serving Up More Than Food We all know that Chick-fil-A has amazing food, however the company’s focus on superior service is often overlooked. I’d like to put this particular Chick-fil-A(3725 East Colfax Avenue Denver, CO80206) in the spotlight for a moment to highlight their customer-first approach. I’ve been craving a Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Sandwich for awhile, so I was elated when this store opened up in my neighborhood. I arrived a little after ten in the morning, which was about thirty minutes too early for lunch. Instead of being immured by a rigid time schedule, the staff offered to make my sandwich right away. When the order was ready, the manager brought it to my table and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. During the course of my meal, about six Chick-fil-A employees asked me the same question. I don’t even get that type of service at restaurants, where tips are expected. On top of that, all of the employees were armed with endearing smiles and positive attitudes. This is the type of establishment that I want to support with my voice and my dollars. Happy customers are loyal customers. Thank you Chick-fil-A for serving up more than just food.
