This optician is associated with my top-rated Ophthalmologist, so I assumed the service would be commensurate with how the doc treats me upstairs. in fact, 5 years ago I got glasses there and had a great experience. Unfortunately, my last visit was nothing short of subpar. Their poor customer service and slightly haughty attitude sent me packing.
