These guys were awesome. We used them to deal with a list of inspection issues. They were able to work within our closing deadlines and deal with the insurance company which was a huge weight off of our backs. They also were able to do a few other odds and ends that we needed taken care of which cut down our costs from contracting another company and paying additional trip charges. They even figured out a way for us to pay less than our deductible. To top it off the buyers wanted a special type of roof and they were able to pay them direct rather than having to complicate the house sale. I really thought it was too good to be true and I waited for the catch. No catch — just a great roof. Mike was outstanding!
