Campbell’s A & A Gutter Cleaning

These folks have cleaned our gutters for the last 3 years and have been reliable, prompt, and have done a fine job. I would highly recommend them.

Watching the water pour off the roof and spill over the sides of the gutters, instead of out the drain pipe clued me into us needing our gutters cleaned at least once before fall. So I called Campbell’s A & A Gutter Cleaning.
Okay…this business’ names does contain the words «gutter cleaning?» Right… am I reading that right… GUTTER CLEANING!?!
I was asked about whether or not pigeons lived on my roof.
ME: I’ve seen them around, but don’t know if they are up there. I mean, if I could climb up there and see the birds, I would be able to clean the gutters… why?
(I mean… it’s not like Hitchcock’s movie, «The Birds,» but they are around the neighborhood.)
THE MAN ON THE PHONE: Naw… I don’t do that… pigeons are gross… I’m not climbin’ up there…
(WTF??? You don’t do GUTTER CLEANING?)
ME: Can you refer me to someone who does GUTTER CLEANING?
THE MAN ON THE PHONE: Naw… the 2 guys I know won’t do it either.
Hmmmm…not all GUTTER CLEANERS clean gutters.
For me, this business and the attitude gets half a «you sucky suck» star. Their lack of referrals gets another half a «you sucky suck» star.
