I’ve actually been to this build-​a-​bear a few times and I’m bummed out because they are closing this location in the Cherry Creek mall. The girl did say they are opening a bunch of new locations but didn’t say where or when exactly so that makes me sad. We made a bear with my niece and she had a blast picking out a friend and then stuffing it and getting to dress it. I think for a little kids birthday this is just perfect. I love our furry little friends we got for our wedding too a bride and groom bear. If you have little ones something you should check out

The kid in me loves this place. I couldn’t wait until my daughter was old enough to appreciate and be interested in going to pick out and make her very own bear, which we did this evening. Sprinkles came home in her «castle» box with a Tangled Rupunzel Disney dress to match my daughter’s Halloween costume. Too cute. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not overbearing (I couldn’t help myself) in any way. I love that they have the small-​fry collection of miniatures with teeny-​tiny accessories now. Great for keeping kids occupied in restaurants and on airplanes. I neglected to give it 5 stars because I wish they had some less synthetic options for bears.
