Bubba Chinos Mexican Grilled Burritos

So, I went back here and it was just as solid as last time.
I’m not sure why people are having a hard time here. Food is what they say it is, service is stellar, and the place looks pretty clean.

I try ed the $ 2 breakfast burrito good value .next visit i had a smothered bean burrito .on the third visit a guy was working the counter I ordered and he charged me $ 8.15 but on the menu it should have been 6.24 when I asked about it he said the menu can change anytime. maybe that’s his way of making some extra pocket money .I called the chinos at 160 so. federal and they said they didn’t know why he charged me $ 8.15.I guess $ 1.91 extra is more important than a would be regular customer !! I haven’t been back and won’t be, to any locations. Rip off !

$ 2 breakfast burritos. Spicy green chili, egg, potato, and cheese. There’s a drive-​thru and they’re pre-​made so you can snag one and only add 1 – 2 minutes to your commute. What’s not to love? Everything else I’ve tried is so-​so, stick to the breakfast burritos.

This place rocked a year ago now not so much
I usually get a steak burrito every time

But the meat is becoming tough inside the burrito it is like they cooked the steak yesterday The tortilla not even hot everything feels like it was just pulled out of the refrigerator
It’s a shame that is come to this but now I spend my money at Mercedes on the other side of the highway
their burritos is pretty darn good for now

As far as local fast food burrito restaurants go Bubba Chinos is good. Everyone has a preference on breakfast burrito style. Bubba Chinos is a Chubby’s knockoff in a good way. Its like a hybrid between Chubby’s and Santiago’s. Avoid the crazy drive thru line at Santiago’s and the awkward waiting area at Chubby’s and try out Bubba Chinos $ 2 breakfast burritos instead.

Save your time, money, and stomach! Absolutely horrible! I ordered 10 hard shell tacos that were barely filled and the shells were extremely stale. No effort whatsoever was put into this food, the place was dead when I ordered so it wasn’t because they were busy

um… this was a huge ass burrito.
I like the fact that this location has a drive-​up window but don’t like the fact that there is no menu posted. It was my first time visiting so it was awkward.
The worker did help me out with the best way to place my order for future reference so that was cool.

Well tough decision on stars but I went with four because out of all my 2 dollar breakfast burritos I’ve consumed here only two were bad. And we eat these at least once a weekend. One was dry, barely any chili and one was very luke warm. Usually they are juicy, hot and tasty and they are ready when you order. Plus they are literally only 2 dollars, no tax. Can’t go wrong there.

Well, my friends, never again happened to be Tuesday. I was having an «I need green chili NOW» fit and Bubba Chinos is right on my way home. I came in, ran my card, and went on my way. The food was good, but low and behold, they charged me twice AGAIN! I called and they said that their system freezes up and the employees don’t want to get in trouble, so they just keep running the card. WTF?! On top of that, they tried to argue that the date on my bank statement did not match the date on the receipt (even though it did). I did get my money back in the end, but fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I was definitely a fool to give them a second chance and they will definitely not be getting a third.

Always fresh and good, always great customer service! My favorite Bubba chinos to go to and I pass one on my way.

Disgusting. Everything had the texture of baby food. The flavor was bland and bad. The service was very friendly. I’ll take the indifferent service typical of run down Mexican joints and good food over this anyday.

Yuck. I guess this place is supposed to be a spin off of the Original Chubby’s (or so I’ve heard). Hahahaha, that’s very laughable. This place doesn’t even compare to Chubby’s-at all! The beans and chili didn’t have any salt in them and so the food was just so bland. They are also more expensive than Chubby’s and I was SO disappointed that I spend my $ 30 here, instead of just going to Chubby’s. Sorry guys… I’ve never eaten at a Bubba Chino’s since and I never will. Oh and we ordered smothered fries and a handheld mexican hamburger.

The man and I cruised Federal for a new taco joint so we popped in. We had the guacamole tostada, steak taco, and ground beef & bean tacos to get a feel for the place. The steak was inedible, tough chewey and tasted like it had freezer burn and was left to thaw on the counter for a week. There was nothing tasty about it. The guac tostada was just OK, nothing really special and required a lot of salsa for flavor. The bean and ground beef tacos had tasty flavor but had chunks of cheap cheese and a huge handful of lettuce that had to be trimmed down. Pretty disappointing experience to say the least and we’ll probably never come back.
