Brio helped our organization, Wish of a Lifetime, fulfill a Wish for a local 83 year old senior who wanted to take her 9 family members to dinner, to reciprocate some of the care and consideration they’ve shown her over the last 10 years after facing numerous health complications. Emory, the manager, graciously offered to help us grant her Wish right from the start. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and was happy to provide this experience for the senior. Joe, the server, was absolutely fantastic. THANKYOU to Brio for providing Rose and her family for this memorable experience.

I’ve been a couple of times. I really enjoy their menu. Lots of options, great wine and spirit selections and lovely dessert. It’s a nice environment and friendly staff. I always look forward to enjoying a night out at Brio.

Went for dinner and the atmosphere is great but the food was ok. Some of our food came out cold and the portion size was a bit small, but overall it was good.

The Brio is excellent. The restaurant is adorable inside and also has a nice patio. I ate off their lunch menu. The shrimp Mediterranean was light and delicious. The people I was with loved their pasta dishes. One also had their lobster bisque and orders it everytime because they like it so much. Definitely recommend Brio.

Sure it is a good restaurant but we did not enjoy our lunch. I had the hamburger wich was luke warm and lackluster. The arugila had yellowmleaves the bacon was not crispy and the bun was not fresh. My wife had dthe salmon salad and honestly the greens were notnfresh. My fries were good. It seemed we got there on an ” off«day

I took my wife for dinner on a Saturday night. No trouble getting a table(thanks to Open Table). Décor was beautiful and all of the staff were friendly and helpful, from hostess to wait staff. We had the garlic artichoke dip and it was large and tasty. For an entrée I tried the sweet potato and chicken risotto. Seems like an odd combination, but t it turned out to be delicious and perfectly executed. The wine list wasn’t extensive, but I had a house Argentina Malbec that was wonderful. Pricing was moderate. Definitely good value for this scale of restaurant. Worthy of return trips.

In Denver for work. Craving for meat. Went to Elways but they were busy for a party of 2. Walked over to Brio. Got seated right away. Friendly and warm receptionist Eden not like Elways. Sat and ordered right away. Got me the 8oz Fillet with mash and vegetable and got side order of Caesar Salad. Place very clean. Well lighted. Music playing. I like the ambience. Good décor. Caesar Salad very good. Fillet excellent. Waiter checks on us often which is good. Definitely coming back here to try other food on Menu.

We stopped here for lunch this afternoon while shopping the Cherry Creek Mall. We sat outside on the patio at dirty plastic patio tables. Beautiful weather! Service with a smile and very attentive to our beverages(big win there because I drink quite a bit of water). Food was decent. I had the chop salad and fillet with veggies, held on the potatoes. My mother had the lasagna. I do have to agree with other reviews in that this place is a bit over priced and overrated. I probably won’t be back but if say, a group of friends wanted to eat here, I wouldn’t raise a stink.

We shared the spicy shrimp and eggplant appetizer. It was delicious, except for the shrimp had been frozen because they were smooshy. They were not fishy, however. I shared the lobster bisque and the mushroom soup with my dining companions and they were both great! The bisque was very seafoody in a good way. The magarita flat bread was just ok. Mostly Parmesan cheese. Very skimpy on the fresh mozzarella and basil. Plenty of tomato slices, but the over-whelming taste was Parmesan. And, I love Parmesan. They skimped on tomatoes and basil and mozzarella. Like, the slices of tomato should have been thicker, definitely slices or bigger dices of mozzarella, and much more basil. I actually couldn’t even taste the basil or tomatoes over the Parmesan.

Brio, you are an easy place to go to, but you are not super hip or fun. However, I think this is a great family restaurant when you want something a little nicer. The pastas are excellent and the bruschetta appetizer is delicious. If you want something lighter, the chicken and strawberry salad was also great. Unfortunately, the calamari appetizer left something to be desired — not quite crispy enough, and not much flavor. Drinks are reasonably priced. So all in all, nothing wrong with Brio, just nothing super special either. I will say though… if they sold the crackers they serve with the bread… I would buy those ALL the time.

Mostly a happy hour stop for me and the girls. My go to here is the Beef Carpaccio, and the Black Pepper Shrimp. Its a ton of food and its delicious! I’m not a fan of the sugary happy hour cocktails so I normally just order a glass of the Pinot Grigio. Finally, it’s pretty close to home and happy hour lasts until 6:30, and they have a great patio. Yes, its a chain, but for quick and delicious bites on the cheap we will keep coming back here.

For being in the Cherry Creek area, this place isn’t too badly overpriced. The atmosphere is sophisticated, yet there were people dressed in casual clothes. The food is FULL of fantastic flavors! I had the ravioli, which seems plain but it was surprisingly flavor packed, and incredibly filling. I could barely finish! Rating it only 4 stars because they weren’t busy, yet service was a bit slow.

I love Brio for their happy hour! They have appetizer plates starting at $ 3.95 and drinks for $ 5! I met up with a few of my girlfriends to catch happy hour and man did we order majority of the food off their happy hour menu. We ordered their eggplant fries, tomato margherita flatbread, roasted garlic spinach and artichoke dip with flatbread, and spicy shrimp and eggplant. Plus 3 – 2 drinks each of their white peach sangria or Italian lemonade for us to hammer down with our appetizers. We loved our server, he was so awesome and made sure our glasses were filled as we inhaled our food. The peach sangria is not overly sweet and just the perfect amount of alcohol where you can taste just a hint of it. It was like drinking summer in a glass, so delicious! The food was absolutely delicious! And from our viewpoint semi healthy lol. As we had no red meat dishes. I loved their take of eggplant fries with a marinara dipping sauce, I will be trying to make this at home. The spicy shrimp with the eggplant was magnificent as well. These were two dishes I didn’t even think of ordering. So thanks to my girlfriends in doing so that I may try it. The other two dishes I ordered were tasty too but not as good as the other two. We will be back for happy hour! Side note, it’s also a dangerous happy hour as this restaurant is located next to cherry creek mall LOL.

Delicious steak salad and grilled salmon salads enjoyed here. Nice atmosphere for lunch. Not too pricy. Good wine list. Close to Cherry Creek mall, so you can avoid the food court and have something much better!

Eh… I think this place is a little overrated honestly. My friend and I went here for an early lunch over the weekend. The sevice was great and they were quick to accomodate us with a nice booth in the bar area so that she had room for her newborn’s stroller. Our waitress was friendly and quick and really seemed to enjoy her job. I ordered the lunch portion of the salmon over angel hair pasta with veggies. This was just ok; not much flavor really. The portion was also teeeeeeeny tiny considering the price on it. My friend seemed to enjoy her meal. I don’t really see coming back here. Overall, good service, average food, way overpriced… not a huge fan.

They allowed a dog in the restaurant! My family and I wanted a nice lunch while shopping at the mall. As we were finishing our meal, we saw a lady bring a dog into the restaurant. It was NOT a service dog, which I am fine with. This was a pet. In fact, it was a small dog and the lady brought it in a basket. It even barked and she let it put its head on the table! Yuck! I called the manager the next day to tell him I objected to this. He said the lady was a long time patron. During our conversation, he also said he didn’t know what the laws were. Really? You are the manager of a chain restaurant and you don’t know what the local laws are? I called the Health Department and they readily told me that a dog must be a service dog and on the patio. That’s the law in Colorado. Furthermore, I sent an email to their corporate office. That, of course, was ignored. I would never eat at a Brio again.

I am very impressed with their happy hour here. I recently came here with a coworker and we had a great time. We sat at the bar because we didn’t want to stay long, we were greeted fairly promptly, although our bartender had a big area to take care of and several cocktails to make before he could get to us. I can’t remember what cocktails we had but they were on happy hour and were a great value, the food was too. The food took longer to come out than we would have anticipated. Again, the bartender just had a lot of people to serve and little to no help. Next time I am in Cherry Creek if it is happy hour I will stop in for drinks and maybe an appetizer but otherwise I don’t go out of my way for this Italian food because how hard is it to mix noodles and make a sauce? I can do that at home. Great ambiance and friendly staff.

Had the chicken piccata. It was very delicious and even convinced the nearby couple to order it as well. Only thing that bummed me out was that it didn’t come with angel hair pasta. Vegetables were good though. They also gave a nice helping of bread before my meal which was nice.

Such an amazing group of staff where they uplift the atmosphere with greeting you with a smile right when you walk in. We got sat down immediately and our server came with waters as soon as we sat down, the atmosphere was so clean and wonderful, staff was very well contained of the big group parties. We got our drinks so quick it was almost like our waitress already knew what we wanted and got it to us. There were managers walking around seeing if everything was good which is always a plus to have the managers actually interact with the tables as well. Overall my experience was amazing!
