I tried the Lily’s salmon for lunch today. It was delicious grilled salmon topped with a fabulous combination of spinach, artichokes and goat cheese. Their French fries were pretty terrific too. I haven’t always loved everything I’ve had at Bonefish Grill, but I can recommend these two items.

We were in the burbs running errands and decided to try it out. The food was not good! We have a running joke about the time we attempted to make Pad Thai at home at it was the worst dish we have ever made, well… this was similar. So disappointed. We liked the bang bang shrimp but what isn’t delicious about fried shrimp with mayo on it. My fish tacos were unapitising and the corn chowder tasted like qudoba’s queso dip which is tasty but not as a soup. Never going back. Thanks for the $ 50 lunch bill.

We were told it would be 30 to be seated and 1.5 hours later we were still waiting and this was just for a party of 2. Pathetic service will never be back to this location

Happy hour is lame. Slightly lowered prices on some beverage offerings with absolutely no food specials. Weak. After looking over the extremely high priced menu we settled on their signature appetizer, Bang bang shrimp. Over sauced and tired. Srvice was fine.

On Wednesdays they have a shrimp special. There is usually a wait for a table but if you are willing to sit at the bar you will find a spot in about 15 minutes. The Sea bass is my favorite here and the service is great.

I love this place. They have some really good drinks special and their drinks bring me right to the Caribbean. Their foods are good, I love their fresh fish. The atmosphere is just right. Definitely will come back!

Best calamari that I have had in a while. I eat this from California to New Orleans to Texas to Colorado, this is hand downs the best.

Amazing meal and service. Ordered the rib eye with a shrimp skewer. Steak perfectly cooked and tender. The seasoning on the shrimp is to die for. Service was prompt, friendly, thanks Olivia B! Had the doughnuts for desert. They were both moist and crispy with salted caramel and chocolate dip and whip cream on the side. Would happily return!

Service gets 5 stars! We loved our server and everything came out pretty fast! The food is crap. Like worse than what Olive Garden is to the food scene. I suspect they hire high school kids to try to cook big kid food. Here’s what I mean: PEI Mussels: It’s just a bunch of overcooked, poor quality mussels in a crapload of melted butter and wine. Bush league. There is some garlic in there. Oddly, it was a pile shoved up against the side of the bowl. Even more oddly, a random pile of chopped up RAW red onion. I am still scratching my head over this. And it was chopped into odd, mismatched shapes and sizes. Was this an accident? I ordered the kobe burger. It was cooked a perfect medium rare so props to them for that. The greens were served with a super sugary-sweet vinaigrette. Did a 6 year old make that? Horrible. Same with the special sauce they serve with the burger. It was like candy. Not on a kobe burger, please. Maybe it would be good on a hot dog. I don’t know. My wife ordered chicken breast that was overcooked and dry as hell. My son’s fish sticks were good. Maybe I should have ordered that. Ambiance — I appreciate a romantic low-light setting. But it was like goth in there. I feel I should have worn a ton of mascara and all black denim from head to toe. But anyway, it’s a franchise restaurant in a suburb. I guess it’s about what you should expect.

This is my first real meal here. My first time was at their grand opening years ago. I’m giving them actually 4.5 stars as the food was delicious and our waitress was really great. The half point is when their bartender gave me a kahlua and cream and not the classic smith and kerns I asked for. If someone asks for a specific drink don’t try to push off something that it’s not. I will try the restaurant again though

My friends and I stopped by there for a Sunday brunch. We started out with the bacon-wrapped scallops followed by the bang bang shrimp. Then we split our filet mignons so we could all try some. The food was awesome and so was the service. We’ll be back again.

If you’re looking for good food, at an expensive chain, while not having to go downtown, this will totally work for you. I have those nights too. I want fancy food, a martini and to stay in my neighborhood. This is where we go when we feel like that. It’s nice. But nothing special. They have a bar area that’s part of their waiting area(very easy to get a martini and sit on a bench and drink). They have a porch, but I’ve never been on it. In a strip mall parking lot near Cherry Creek Reservoir.

It’s hard to find truly good seafood in the metro area. I have been to Bonefish a few times now and have been thoroughly impressed each time. The bang bang shrimp could very well be the best appetizer out there. On our recent trip we went with a large group and I was able to try bites of the sea bass, sockeye salmon, and filet mignon. The service was outstanding as well. I believe we had Brittany and Russell waiting on us they were great. Try the donuts for dessert.

I USED to be a huge fan of this place, until my last visit. Now I’m pretty sure I’ll never return. We ordered our usual fare — Bang Bang Shrimp(really good), Arctic Char(really good), buttered noodles for our kiddo(pretty good), and I decided to go with something different: seared Ahi steak(this is where things went south). I got my first Ahi steak and it was completely over cooked. Seared is pretty straight forward, right? Apparently not. Out waitress as asked a few times whether the steak was«rare in the middle». And it was. In the very middle. The rest of the team was completely over cooked. That’s not seared. My wife convinced me to get it remade properly, and I agreed. This is where things got even worse. My second steak was delivered. Again, not cooked very well, but better. I guess they don’t know how to cook rare. This time it was raw throughout, but ice cold. Good job! I took my second bite and there was a piece of wire in the food. Yep, a very stiff piece of wire. We called the waitress over to take the good away, which she promptly did. She asked if I wanted something else. Seriously?! No! The manager came over and he VERY graciously(note the sarcasm) said that he was not going to charge me for the steak. No kidding, you gave me something inedible. Why would I pay for it? He finally decided, several minutes later, that he wouldn’t charge us for any of our meals. How novel. It’s basically what any restaurant manager would have done at the get go. If I want poorly cooked, dangerous food, I’ll come back. Otherwise, I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Took awhile but we did go back and this time it was awesome! Love the lamb lollipops! They are my new fav. Doughnuts are so fun too! Love squirting in the caramel and chocolate sauces.

Went here for lunch yesterday. Got seated in the bar in a nice big booth of my own. Had a couple of their wonderful craft cocktails along with the little lobster tail(with yukon potatoes). Took home some key lime pie. Service was great. I just realized this place is right in my backyard. I will be a regular!

It’s funny as often as I used to haunt this place I had never once tried their bang bang shrimp. I was out out Wadsworth and decided I should pop in and give it a try. I must say it was mighty tasty, with just a little zing and the waiter pointed out that it now comes in a po-boy or tacos as well. Maybe next time.

Sat @ bar for Happy Hour 4 — 6:30pm M-F Ate Bang Bang Shrimp & bowl of corn chowder w/lump crab. Tasty & filling. Beer was good but mixed drinks are a better deal on Happy Hour. $ 3.80 Absolut & other premiums…

Last week, it was my first time at Bonefish by some recommend from my friends. This restaurant look so nice and clean and the service was good too. It was my first time for me and I got a very good help from my server, she recommend a very good dish for me and it was a tuna steak, they grilled it so perfect. I would say they are the fish expert. And I will be back for sure to try something else on the menu because everything look so good for me. One more thing, their fresh lemonade is so good.

Sunday Brunch is better than Saturday lunch! Not only is the place less packed(went in at 11am, people are at church?), the menu options are more exciting. The first thing that caught my eyes was the Crème Brulee French Toast, I mean, how could I not, for brunch? Three big, fat, plump slices of eggy bread cut diagonally and strategically stacked on top of each other. The bruleed sugar crystals still visible on the crust. Served with two slices of bacon(placed criss-crossed, this dish is all about presentation!), strawberry and whipped cream, and a side of maple syrup. The toasts were plenty sweet so I dipped the bacon strips in the maple syrup, heh heh. Did I mention how good the house salad, house bread, and crab corn chowder were in previous reviews? If so, then they are worthy to be praised again and again, lol. The Kobe Beef Burger is something you’d last expect to be the least good, even with a fried egg on top, the patty(which was huge) was bland, lacked the juicy gloss immediately associated with a proper Kobe Beef Burger and sort of dry(Bonefish Grill’s default is cook it to medium but we asked for medium-well; but still, it shouldn’t be a sign to under season the patty!!!). Just to illustrate how bad it was, I had to ask for ketchup! That’s right, even the homemade chips were under-seasoned. What’s interesting about the Lump Crab Cakes appetizer is that it was super simple plating, just the two patties and a little dish of orange-colored dipping sauce. The crab cakes were plenty flavorful that I ended up using the sauce for the potato chips on the side of the burger. They were the real deal, lots of crab meat just like in the corn chowder. I’d order it again. Our waiter seemed slow at first(didn’t even ask how we wanted the burger cooked) but he was very respectful, remembered our needs, and made a cute little drawing on my to-go box, I thought that was sweet!
