We had our wedding reception here in May. I would have given them a 5 star rating except for a problem with not getting ANY of our wedding cake returned to us. The manager, Cristine, did reimburse us for part of it, but only after some heated emails. The staff was great, food and service good and our event turned out wonderfully. They will not accept persoal checks, so be prepared to pay with cash or credit card.

Great place for a Sunday lunch. The service was fast and friendly. Megan was great. She brought crayons for my son and ice cream for him at the end. I got a Cobb salad which was perfect and a hot dog for my son which he gobbled up. I will return

I always rate places against what I think they are trying to be. This place is trying to be the club at a public golf course. So here goes. Very, very good nachos gets Bogey’s to two stars. Good, friendly service gets them to three. Reasonable prices, easy walk-in seating, a nice space with a beautiful view from the patio gets them to four. To get to five stars, they would have to re-vamp and re-think their menu considerably. All in all, I am really happy to have them close by. Note to parents: this place is kid friendly.

Although the view is nice, the food is not. What I was served did not match the menu description so I had to send it back. Then I ordered eggs Benedict which was just plain awful. Total bummer and a waste of $$

I live within walking distance. I love the cheap beers that we can carry over to the driving range. Breakfast is surprisingly good. Love the patio!

Breakfast was ok. Certainly nothing special. Coffee would get a 1*. Outside patio was nice.

Totally not what you’d expect from the outside. It’s like a small town diner tripped and fell into a country club. The food was decent, very inexpensive, and we went on 2pm on a Monday and had the place almost to ourselves. Both highchairs have broken seat belts, but other than that, great for kids. We got our son a hot dog and one of the options for sides is fruit, and when we ordered that, she was like, «Oh, yeah, I guess we could cut up some fruit.» We also got the nachos, which were huge, but only okay. They basically just pile it up and microwave it, so there was a lot of cheese in the center that hadn’t even melted. It wasn’t stellar by any means, but it was a nice, laid-back feel, so I’m sure we’ll be back before zoo and DMNS trips.

Really 3.75 which is not a bad review. I’m hearing that Bogey’s is run by the same folks who run Brooklyn’s at the Pepsi Center. As others have observed, it does indeed have a glorious patio. Bogey’s is kind of like the fancy-seeming restaurant one finds in a hotel lobby, sans the hotel. Maybe a bit more like a hotel from the 80s. I ordered the nachos. Huge plateful with tricolored chips, lots of melted cheddar, guac, sour cream, pico de gallo, and jalapenos. Service was nothing to write home about. Prices are extremely reasonable. Decent place for a special event, especially if you’re into golf. This would probably be a great place to stop in for a bite to eat before or after the Zoo or the Natural History Museum.

Perhaps I’m biased, because I live walking distance from Bogey’s, but there is no better place to have a mimosa and breakfast after a night out. Service & food is consistent(good), prices are very reasonable, it’s a small place that always has a table for us, and it’s quiet(no screaming kids or the usual zoo that is Snooze or Root Down). Grab a table by the massive windows, enjoy the view of the park & golf course and bask in the sun…

Just got back from lunch at Bogey’s, and I’m so glad Mary Jo reviewed it and got me to try it! There are few patios in Denver that aren’t right on the street or don’t look out onto brown grass. Being on City Park Golf Course, the view from here is nothing but green. My friend and I commented how eating on the patio, overlooking the golf course, felt like we were on vacation. The food was good too — we both had salads — a cobb and a Chinese chicken salad. Both were big portions and quite good for about $ 9. There were several other salads on the menu and the burger and sandwich menu looked great too. I’ll definitely be back!

I just found a secret oasis today. In the heart of the city at City Park golf course in the newly renovated club house is Bogey’s On The Park. The patio is the most laid back, peaceful place to enjoy a drink and a meal in the city; it feels like an escape. I am not going to rave about the food as it is good bar type/club food.(I had a grilled chicken, guacamole, bacon, cheddar jack sandwich and the Husband had a turkey melt). I am not going to rave about the service, our server was friendly and laid back as well. However, that view of the tall cottonwoods and expansive course with the cool breezes is heaven. As one of our last Unilocal newsletters stated, «This is one of those place I should keep secret.»
