I have 2 stars because I have stayed here on one other occasion and everything was fine. However, I will not be staying at the Baymont inn again after this stay. The list goes on and on. When we checked in, I asked about the shuttle service, as we needed to return our rental car that evening. The woman said«you shouldn’t wait longer than 15 min» when referring to how long the wait would be for the shuttle back to the hotel from the airport. PERFECT! We head off. Return the car just fine and get back to west terminal(where we were told to wait). 5−10−15−20 minutes go by. We are cold. We have ordered food to pick up. We have called the hotel now TWICE for an eta. Nada. «The shuttle leaves every half hour on the half hour» the woman said. Still no ETA. We decide to take a cab, which cost $ 35. And when we get back to the hotel and explain what happened. No sympathy. Additionally, we signed up for the 530am shuttle. Walk out of our 1st floor room at 529 and the shuttle has already gone. «The shuttle leaves every half hour on the half hour» the front desk says. Beds are uncomfortable. Pillows aren’t bad. Will spend extra for a.) a better hotel and/or b.) to keep the rental car an extra day.

The rooms are standard. It looks crisp and clean but I have some things I don’t like about it… The man who checked us in was not friendly. He had his list of things to say to welcome you, ex. «Hi and welcome» and«enjoy your stay,» but without any genuine gladness in welcoming me. Even if it’s your bad day, you need to fake it to make it. We left the hotel for dinner and when we came back, there was a black beetle in the bathroom. Enough said about that. The dresser that the TV is in should be taller. When I’m sitting in bed, my feet block part of the TV screen because the bed is level with the dresser. I would not be coming back here.

Good location near airport. Clean room. HORRIBLE pillows(thick, high, firm, and square). Our necks were sore for days. They gave us the wrong room, but were exceedingly quick and eager to remedy the situation, even as the GM was going off duty(she came back on right away to help us!). Would definitely stay here again in the future, but will bring our own pillows!
