Prompt and did an amazing job on the windows. Very quick and professional. He made a point to bring issues with the windows to my attention and was very thorough and helpful. Wore shoe protectors in the house.

After waiting 5 days, he changed the time the day before. That was fine. However, when he came to the 100 year old house and discovered the windows were wooden frame, he backed out at the last minute, claiming his insurance would not cover the old wooden framed windows if a window were to break. Most inconvenient. I understand but he should have asked or come earlier to look at the job. Now I am stuck.
