My check engine light came on so I stopped by my local Autozone to have them check it out. I had to wait for the «manager» to come out of the back to ask me if I needed help. After informing him about my situation he said they might be able to help but I would have to wait for the other employee to come back inside. I said okay and went to my car to pop the hood. I waited for about 5 minutes while the other employee was removing signs from the store front window. The «manager» never informed the employee that I was waiting for him. I guess taking down signs is more important than customer service. I’ll get my parts somewhere else from now on.

Horrible service and parts. Will not recommend, battery’s they sell are trash, after 2 yrs with a duralast Gold the battery was always low and this is off a 2010 car, it’s never been drained dead or used to jump start a car no corrosion on the battery took it back and the only thing they could do is sell me a new one.
