although morgan and Kirsten at first appeared to be helpful. Kirsten’s solution to my I phones problem when she found out I had insurance was to just make a claim. Total racket. After getting home and doing some online research to my phones problem I was able to actually fix the glitch, which is apparently relatively common as per you tube, and the phone has been working fine ever since. I stopped back in and the response was«good for you». These people are sales people and pretty faces nothing more. they have no knowledge to help you or do they want to. Just need to sell you a new phone. thats the job.

After being a loyal customer for 8 years to AT&T this store tried to scam me. Paid full retail for an iPhone 6s so I would not be in a contract. The sneaky salesman brought out an iPad mini and said they were doing a promotion for $ 50 you get this iPad when you purchase the new iPhone because they are phasing the iPad mini out. He did not explain you also get a $ 50 activation fee along with a two year contract and $ 10 a month data share program. Save yourself the trouble and switch to Verizon, they have way better service both in their stores and phones. Marcus was the salesman name and the store refused to do nothing to remedy the situation. Will not return and will tell everyone I know on AT&T to switch to Verizon.

When did the AT&T store start with the upselling? I’ve been going in since the first iPhone and have always had a «What do you need? Okay here it is» experience. Today, the upselling was completely over the top. First the case, then the screen protector, then the bluetooth speaker, then the special $ 99 iPad mini – then we got into talking about who our TV provider is. We said we were happy with our provider, but the associate wouldn’t let that dissuade her from going into the sales pitch. They were nice as pie all along and were knowledgeable about the iPhone setup. But all of that good was overshadowed by all the selling.

I just experienced THEWORST customer service in probably my entire life. Instead of being helpful and courteous, the associate decided it was more beneficial to argue with me. When I asked to speak to the manager, the associate went in back to get his manager. I was on my short lunch, so after about 5 minutes I asked if another associate could check to see if they were coming to speak with me. She came back saying the store manager was on a conference call but should be out shortly. Now, since I work in retail, I know that if there is a customer pissed off on the sales floor in front of other customers, you put your conference call on hold to handle the situation. Instead, the original associate came back out to argue with me some more. Bottom line, I will never go back to that store, and I will be contacting AT&T corporate Customer Care to handle the situation.

Scott helped us get into a family plan. It was a pretty complicated mess in my perspective but he made it the least stressful contract/phone buying experience that I have had. Normally I expect long contract set up times, some bs, and something to go wrong but none of that today. Definitely recommend going to him, he was very knowledgeable.

Seriously? Seriously? And again,. .. seriously? I went here initially to switch from T-Mobile to At&T. I had a great experience! Scott was great and so helpful and courteous and tech savvy, etc. The staff seem to have a good rapport and the store was busy. I wanted an additional tablet line on my already existing phone line account. He had quoted me and told me it’d be an extra $ 10 a month, etc, etc, etc.(And yes I understand the $ 36.00 account startup fee). Anyway, so I got my first bill and it was $ 40 more than I expected because Scott had added an additional phone line with a 2GB plan versus the tablet line as he had told me originally(maybe it makes his sales look better, or he thought I was this dumb, I don’t know). This all isn’t really so much a big deal besides again on a separate occasion I took a friend to this Colorado branch store. His mother had passed and brought the death certificates and all appropriate fees to get everything closed and into his name(they shared an account). We had a female staff member help us back in mid-May and she was attentive, explained everything so well and had given her condolences for my friend’s loss. She said it was after a certain time of day and so the account would be switched over tomorrow morning and she would see to it herself that everything had been handled. But no. We went to the AT&T store off of Hampden Ave near Whole Foods so he could just buy a new phone. He couldn’t even buy a new phone because the account was still primarily in his mother’s name. Which is to say again, time was wasted at the corporate location off Colorado Blvd. The store off of Hampden Ave has better staff, nicer staff and more patient staff. Every single time I’ve gone to the Hampden branch, that store fixes the mistakes of the Colorado Blvd location. Honestly, I can’t even step foot back into the Colorado store, it’s insanely unproductive and the members have this sort of dumb elitism that must be based on how utterly helpless they are. Yikes!

I went in to this store in order to sort out whether my phone was broken or just my charger. Turned out that I had forgotten that I had switched carriers. Despite this, the manager was extremely helpful, allowing me to test my phone with one of their chargers, and even gave me a USB cord! Very friendly, very helpful.

After an embarrassing amount of phones lost, found and replaced. These people are so nice. I have yet to actually spend money with these people, I just keep having to replace SIM cards and reactivate phones and they have been wonderful. They really went out of their way to help me out and what more can you ask for. This is a great location for the face of a giant impersonal corporation and is the first time I’ve actually been impressed by AT&T.

My stepson recently got an iPhone, as in yesterday and his iPhone didn’t import his contacts. We took the phone to this location and were greeted quickly and helped very promptly. The whole process took maybe 5 – 7 minutes. I was very pleased at how quickly it was done. Very happy with AT&T.

I just bought a new phone from them, though from a different location, but I needed a phone charger and didn’t want to drive back to Broadway to buy one. So once I saw this one, I was so excited. Because they were still selling a couple more of the newer IPhones, I thought I’d be waiting forever for a sales person to help me. Nope, service was very quick, I want to say they were fully staffed but wasn’t sure, but anyways, I got in quickly. The sales person, Jeff, who helped me got me the correct car charger and even took the time to go and get one, of which I could of, but eh, not gonna complain about great customer service. He rang me up and when I was finished I was waiting for the reciept but he came around the counter and personally thanked me for shopping with them. That’s what customer service should be.

When we went in to make the switch from Verizon to AT&T we were treated like a million bucks. Plans were a little higher than I liked, but the fact I can swap SIM cards in and out of different phones was awesome, and they are the only carrier for the iPhone, so we made the leap. So – that swapping SIM cards thing I mentioned? The sales person who signed me up swore no problem.(You see where I’m going with this, right?) I walked in to buy another(cheap) phone a few months later and while they sure were happy to sell me a phone at full price, without applying my corporate discount, they gave me the full court press to add an ADDITIONAL data plan to that phone saying there’s no way I could get data on the new phone without an additional plan. Long story short, it wasn’t a pleasant visit but I left victorious!
