Bad service. Poor food. Ordered for delivery via the BeyondMenu app, pricing was comparable to other Chinese food places in the area, so we went with it. They have a «Family Meal» with 2 entrées, 2 egg rolls, 2 sodas and 2 sides of rice for $ 19(a couple dollars discount). It recommended the«free egg roll with order $ 15 or more» so we added it. Food arrived fairly quickly, no free egg roll. No plasticware or chopsticks. No noodles in my chow mein. Now, I know chow mein is supposed to be pan-fried noodles, and many restaurants just give you the little crunchy ones, so I checked the bag. Nothing. Called the restaurant and asked about the free egg roll coupon. Apparently it’s not compatible with the family meal, so we didn’t get it and they didn’t tell us we wouldn’t. Then I asked about my chow mein noodles. Very condescendingly, I was told that«chow mein has little crunchy noodles.» I thanked him for the explanation and reiterated that there were NONOODLESALL. They did eventually send over a passage of noodles, and there might have been a half-assed«sorry, sir.» The chicken for my chow mein was bland and swimming in wet vegetables(read: two(2) red bell pepper pieces about two inches long, and a bunch of onions, cabbage and maybe sprouts. All bland. All watery. No noodles. Egg roll was pretty pathetic wherein flavor is concerned, no meat in it either. Fried rice was okay, but not worth the crap service and bad main dish. Coupons don’t work, service is bad, food is bland and they may well leave out the CHOWMEIN in your CHICKENCHOWMEIN. Avoid this dump. Go to the scoop place a couple blocks south, save some money and eat better food.

This place is disgusting. Thanks for the undercooked chicken that I had to throw out. Do not eat here, im shocked they are able to pass a health inspection.

The food here has improved over the last couple years. It’s decent for a fast food joint, veggies are always fresh, huge menu to select from including vegetarian options, stellar prices, big portions and fast delivery – overall good value. Parking lot and surrounding land is neglected but don’t judge the restaurant by its neighbors. The kitchen was brand new when they opened. They’ve missed an appetizer, egg roll or soup now and again and«the guy» is not so gracious about it but I’m not going to sweat that. We order from there regularly and enjoy it every time.

Very quick delivery! When I called they predicted 45 minutes. Food arrived in 20, hot and tasty. We had 2 appetizers and 2 entrees, Sweet and sour chicken and Thai Royal Chicken. Both were very good. Appetizers of Cheese wontons and fried pork pit stickers. Also very good. Highly recommend and will call again when I don’t feel up to going out.

So last night I ordered the pupu platter, General Tao’s chicken, and fried dumplings for delivery. It takes a lot for me to write a review, it either has to be really good or really bad. It was by far the grossest thing I have tried in a long time. the entire pupu platter tasted like grease, like they poured grease into a small breaded thing and sold it to me as a pupu platter. The chicken had tendons in every bite, so it had all the tough chewy pieces that no one likes… nasty. I asked for extra spicy and it was like I bit into cardboard, absolutely NO flavor and NO spice(I swear I’m not exaggerating). Thank god it had broccoli so i ate the soggy broccoli and steamed rice. The dumplings I threw away after one bite, I was over feeling like I was going to throw up by the food that I ordered off of the«recommendations menu». Sucks because I’ve ordered off the vegetarian menu and liked it when I ordered for lunch, but I will never ever order off of the«recommendation menu» ever again. Don’t do it, GROSS!!! You have plenty of options if you’re getting delivery from Andy’s, if any of these things are your favorites, go somewhere else.

Andy’s is awesome. They are one of the few«fast Asian» delivery places that has a vegetarian menus beyond tofu. Fast delivery

This place is consistently great. We’ve ordered delivery from them 5 times since moving into the neighborhood a couple months ago. I LOVE that they have vegetarian«chicken» as a meat alternative!!! It’s seriously amazing. Also, the salt and pepper tofu is the bomb! They are always fast to arrive, even though they quote 45 minutes. Vegan and non-vegan’s will love them. YUM!!! Try it :)

Pretty run down and rough parking lot with dying shrubs and no trees for shade. There was a banged up car parked in the drive-thru lane, so apparently that’s not open. Inside however is fairly nice and clean. I had to squat down on the floor to read the menu on the bottom of the sign right on the floor. Got the Happy Family which is like chicken and various vegetables with white rice(severed separately). The woman who took my order was prompt and friendly, and the food came out pretty quick. Fountain drinks are basic sugary sodas. The food was pretty bland and needed the included soy packets. There’s a couple of TVs for distraction, and the action of south Federal is right outside the window. There was an fairly obnoxious kid there who didn’t seem to be doing any work except occasionally barking at the others, then he laid down in a booth for a brief nap, then sat up and started playing drums on the tabletop which was rather annoying. Then he walked by me while yelling loudly at staff in back. Maybe the owner’s kid or something. Then they have a big bowl of fortune cookies. Bathrooms were unlocked and pretty clean. Getting back on southbound Federal is difficult at best.

I love this place, never had a complaint. Been ordering delivery and eating at the restaurant for a long time now. My favorite is the curry and drunken noodles.

It was okay. I would eat there again because it is super close to my house and it is cheap. But I would definitely not go out of my way to recommend it to anyone.

I should have never gone to this place based on Unilocal reviews but I did because it’s close to my house and I was feeling hungry for American Chinese food. Anyway, I got the sesame chicken. Pretty cheap, I remembered, like $ 5 or something. It was pretty greasy, vinegary, and lack proper flavor. I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s a fast food joint, and I am sure their style and flavor appeals to certain people.

Had this delivered once a week for the last several years. Never had a problem with delivery or the food. We moved last week and we are not in their delivery area anymore. They will be missed.

Well. This WAS my favorite place. However, their customer service sucks. They delivered the wrong thing. I ordered something completely different. When I called to tell them I received something I did not order, he told me I was wrong! Wrong?! Pretty sure I know what we ordered. So. After arguing with him he says he will send out the correct thing and to give the wrong thing to the driver. Sure. No problem… But then it arrives and they only brought one. Ummm. We ordered two. So. I call again. He tells me I’m wrong and I only ordered one. I told him to look at the original order because I paid for two entrees and now I only have one. He insists I’m wrong and then yells at me that he will have the second one delivered and hangs up on me. This is not the first time that they have messed up our order but normally it’s more or less that they forgot an egg roll or something. It has never been two wrong entrees. I would have looked past it, but honestly, you cannot yell at your customers and tell them they are wrong. We were loyal customers. On to the next one…

Dishes here are decent. The pricing is great. The two dish family meal that includes two egg rolls, two steamed or fried rice and two cans of soda for a good value. The sesame chicken, jalapeño fried rice, chicken and broccoli, and curry chicken are the main dishes I typically order.

Andy’s is good quality and cheap. Andy personally comes out to make sure the food is up to what you like. The service is fast, the facility is clean and the management takes pride in the good food they serve. My favorite is the human family. All dishes have lots of meat and veggies, and the egg rolls are fresh.

Just tried this place for the first time.(We had it delivered.). The spicy basil rice was pretty amazing(though super spicy) and the sweet & sour chicken was great! Pass on the Pad Thai though, as it just tasted of noodles drenched in a sweet and sour sauce and lacked an authentic Thai flavor. Will definitely order from here again!

I have not been to the restaurant itself, but they catered an event at Colorado Heights University across the street. The sesame chicken was very tasty, and a nice crispy texture as well. Look forward to checking out the actual place!

Sucked. Sesame Chicken is suppose to be their dish. The sauce was good. Chicken was over-fried and stringy. I ate the sauce with the rice. Picked out the chicken. Crab wonton were just o.k. and the egg roll had some sort of cumin or nutmeg flavor? Weird. Won’t be ordering again. Giving two stars based on sauce…
