I wish there was a possibility for negative ratings. Though I had a very positive experience in the past 6 years with getting my shipments on time my last order was charged to my credit card on 2÷3÷11 and has yet to be shipped. I have called several times only to be sent to a full voicemail box. I have emailed sales five times and have not received any reply or status updates. I could understand if something is backordered if someone would have kept me updated on the status.
