All the Time Movers

Buyer beware. There is no inventory done by this company, and no insurance available. I was assured when I called to confirm the night before, by the owner, that three men and two trucks would show up to move me two days before turning over my house to the new buyer /​owner. Two men and one truck showed up 40 minutes late. The owner then assured me he would join the crew and bring a second truck. That never happened. Because he had no intent to follow through on that promise, the move took ALL day — three trips. Multiple items were broken — a long marble shelf, a custom lamp, and the tape on my good area rug was torn off. I was never told about the rug. And, you have no recourse, as no paperwork is done ahead of time.
Questionable employer — background checks not done on labor, though they work hard.
I too had to make multiple contacts to get an estimate.

My family booked moving services with this John Chavez (owner) on March 23. After numerous attempts to confirm, they finally responded that there was no reason to worry and they would be there at the agreed upon time. On the moving date NO ONE SHOWED UP– additionally we did not receive a phone call or message telling us that service would not be provided. I called numerous times as well as texted the company to understand what the problem was (I even stated that if it was weather related I would understand but I would at least like a call– still no response).
To say the least I would not recommend using this service to anyone as they obviously do not care about their customer. Having moving service no show with no notice is inexcusable in my opinion.
