The company did finally fix the damaged items. They look terrible but they did fix them. Owner also asked my wife to have me remove my review. Everything in it is true so I am not taking it down.

My father-​in-​law hired these guys to move my brother-in-law’s belongings out of his apartment and into an outrageously expensive — $ 250/​month — storage unit, quite a small one mind you. After estimating the job at around $ 700 and obtaining a credit card authorization for the amount, they charged him nearly $ 1,200. That was a few weeks ago.
Today, we had them transfer everything to a smaller storage unit and a different location just a few miles away. They charged over $ 1,100 this time, a move that was much easier — one storage unit to another instead of emptying a disorganized apartment.
It seems that these «movers» are in the business of taking advantage of 86-​year old men and unapologetic about it.
I wouldn’t recommend these guys in the worst emergency move.
