My piano had not been tuned in over 10 years and had made a journey from Houston to Denver in the back of a uhaul.
The piano sounds great, and he didn’t try to sell me any other services (though he could have tried — i am no expert in piano physiology and this instrument had been through a lot).
He was very professional — responded to my inquiry within 1 business day, was able to book an appointment for two days later, he called when on his way and was on time. It took him less than an hour and a half to finish.
He is very informed and patient as I asked him questions about piano upkeep, etc.
Highly recommended.

I would recommend Steve Partridge to anyone looking for a reasonably-​priced, reliable, skillful piano tuner! My piano has been moved 4 times over the past 5 years and I thought it would take several tunings and cost a lot to make it sound good again but Steve did it in less than an hour! He also didn’t try to «upsell» me with a reconditioning or anything else. Just did a really good basic tuning. :)
