Ace Hardware

The worse customer service that I’ve ever experienced. The manager, Nathan, was completely disrespectful and rude. I’ve never had anyone treat me this way. It’s sad that he represents this big company, which is now making me from going to any Ace Hardware in the future.

Bad service the employees fallowed me around like I’m a crook. Real uncomfortable can’t find anything because it’s all blocked off. Have to ask to see something. Headache to much of a hassle

This Ace Hardware is pretty easy to miss because it’s tucked away in a shopping center in an area where Pecos is about to turn into somewhere you shouldn’t be walking alone at night, but it’s a nice little neighborhood store. I’ve lived in this general neighborhood for almost 4 years now and just noticed it.
Walking in, you’ll feel like you just stepped into 1982. It looks just like it did back then, and I love it! Probably most suburban dwellers would hate this place because it’s not up to Home Depot standards, but I love it because it has character.
Despite it’s dated and well worn appearance, you’ll also notice that it has a great selection of stuff, and the employees are very helpful and eager to help you. In fact, while I was in there a teen was in handcuffs and they were trying to help him find a key or some sort of tool to help them get them off (that was the highlight of my day!).
I immediately found everything I was looking for thanks to the help of a couple of employees, and was in and out of there in the time it would take me to find someone to help me find what I needed at Home Depot.
