I’ve always been a champion of shopping locally … The Sheepskin Factory failed me. I purchased my husband some slippers for Christmas this year from the Sheepskin Factory.(Don’t take my one star as a rating on the product … the slippers were fabulously made and resonably priced.) However, they were the wrong size and we ended up purchasing Uggs which fit his foot better. So, on to the reason for the ONESTAR. I went to return them(after the gentleman who sold them to me promised I could return them if they didn’t fit), and the hassles began. The lady processing my return created the biggest STINK I’ve ever seen from a retailer. «Do you expect me to sell these?» «They have been worn!!» «Would you buy these if I tried to sell them to you?!?» My answers: yes, I expect you to sell them — they were only tried on and walked around our house for a few minutes and, yes, they are of the quality that I would buy. Bottom line: she lost any future sales from me with that kind of attitude. Thanks, Sheepskin Factory, I’ll guess I’ll stick with Uggs from Nordsroms.
