A Tranquil Day

If I could give this spa zero stars I would. I made an appointment online for a body wrap since many previous reviews said they don’t ever return phone calls. So I scheduled my appointment and a few days before I was scheduled to go in for my treatment I got a notification saying that my appointment had been rescheduled. I never received a phone call or anything explaining the situation or giving me a heads up, but just a text message and email saying that it had been rescheduled. The rescheduled appointment day and time didn’t work for me so I had to reschedule again for another month out since it seems evening appointments are an inconvenience for the therapist and I never saw weekend availability until next year I believe (if at all). So I show up for my appointment today (a few minutes late, admittedly, since traffic was exceptionally bad) and the place was completely closed; lights off, doors locked. So I call the number listed on the door, wait for the 3 minute voicemail to finish and then get a message saying their voicemail box is full… no wonder why no one can ever get a call back because you can’t even leave them a message! I understand if you don’t want to wait around for clients if they’re 20 to 30 minutes late but 6 minutes, really? At least give me a phone call to see if I’m coming or not before you shut the doors. I live up north so it’s not exactly a picnic to get to the cherry creek area during rush hour. Awful customer service. I’ll be asking Amazon for my money back.

Excellent service and incredible products! I’m so pleased with my results and the warm and friendly atmosphere. I’m going for a 90 minute massage next time.
The owner really took care of me. She was attentive to my needs while making sure that I was getting the best benefit out of my wrap. She was extremely knowledgable about health and nutrition. I’m already trying a couple of her suggestions with benefit. I highly recommend this establishment, and I had no problem getting an appointment.

I bought a gift card for a family member at A Tranquil Day and we have called several times to book an appointment and no one has called back! We just had to get a refund for the gift card and now we are taking our business elsewhere. Thank you for nothing…

DISCLAIMER: I have not had my appointment yet. However, I am completely disappointed in the «customer service» experience thus far. They have never answered the phone. They have never returned my messages. I had to make on appointment online to get a time reserved, and despite my asking for a call in the appointment request, all I ever got back was a confirmation email.
This is really unacceptable, and had I not bought a Living Social deal or seen all the great reviews of the treatments, I would cancel and go somewhere else. I really hope I can update my review and give more stars, but I’ve got a really bad impression right now.

I had a body wrap at a Tranquil Day a few weeks ago, and I still think about it everyday! It was such a unique and cool experience and Christine was amazing to work with. She is so knowledgeable and comforting. I just loved the experience I had. She is also great when it comes to nutrition, cleanses and overall good health. I’m so glad I have this spa in my arsenal of care now! Thanks!

I am super happy to see this spa on Unilocal!I had a wonderful massage and body wrap with Christine and was so impressed with her excellent customer service and knowledge in the massage field. I have been struggling with lower back pain for about a year and have been trying chiropractic and massage to help with the pain. She listened to where I was hurting and not only relived a lot of pressure in my neck and shoulders but also did a lot through «trigger point». I am not 100% certain what «trigger points» mean but whatever it was it helped so much! I re-​booked right after my appointment and look forward to seeing her again.
