My friend and I stopped by for some chicken last night and it was terrible. I ordered the K10 extra crispy. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food. When we finally got it it was wrong. The restaurant was filthy. The staff had poor customer service. The csr who had pink highlights in her hair was rude and had dirty fingernails. I was given four pieces of original recipe. When I called the store she told me «gave you extra chicken» she gave me a drumstick and if I had wanted extra chicken, I would have ordered it. Avoid at all cost!!! Worst kfc ever!

When do they get the order right? The only reason I come here twice a year is because Pecos don’t really have much to choose from. I have worked at the KFC in Northglenn and in Boulder. I am embarrassed to say that this specific KFC is even allowed to run. They are always out if stuff and rarely get your order right. I would strongly suggest that you check for everything in your bag before you leave because this is setting they obviously don’t do themselves. I would give it 0 stars of possible.

If there was a half star, thats what I would give this place… Its literally a joke. incompetent staff, never have product, ice cream machine mysteriously «broken» after 8 most nights. I went there this evening with the intent of purchasing 1 pot pie and 1 chicken breast… heres how it goes.“order when your ready”…“Ill have a pot pie and 1 extra crispy chicken breast”…“umm hold on a second”…pause…“its going to be 9 minutes on the extra crispy breast”…“thats okay just give me an original”…“ummmmm, just a second”…pause…“actually we dont have any original breasts either”…I just drove off… Im over this place, I probably have gone there 10 times in 6 months, and I honestly dont think Ive ever gotten what I wanted without waiting 15 mins.
