I have worked with Travis for nearly five years and I second the comments from the agent below (Lori K). Sewer lines are big business in Denver, and I specifically stay away from certain companies that are more interested in repairing or replacing sewer lines than in simply showing you what you’ve got. Travis does scopes only, no repairs. Therefore, you get an unbiased view of what’s happening with no agenda of selling expensive repair or replacement services. If you want the facts, talk to Travis. Yes, Travis has killed more than a few of my deals by telling the truth. That’s exactly why I want him working with me.

I had Travis of «A Better Sewer Company» come out and inspect a house that I’m interested in buying that’s located in Aurora, CO. I learned about Travis via Steve of «America Inspections.» Travis scoped the sewer line of the house through a first floor toilet. He videoed and explained the process to me, gave me a CD of the process, and completely reinstalled the toilet like it had never been removed (he even reinstalled it with a new wax ring). I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, the price was reasonable (especially since I’m use to paying Northern Virginia prices), and would definitely recommend him for any sewer line inspection.
