Don’t go here unless you enjoy an hour wait for a burger and fries as well as a roach dropping on your table, mid-meal. This restaurant needs to be power-washed with holy water.

If you read my other review of the wateraburger less than a mile from this location then prepared to be even more horrified. I(along with three other cars) drove to the drive thru entrance to find orange cones blocking the drive thru(a little before midnight). Seriously whataburger, you’re going to close your drive thru? Desperate for a taquito, I along with the other three cars proceeded to park and order inside. After the two people in front of me ordered I asked how long was the food going to take(the cook was shouting that this was going to take a while) and she replied«a long time we aren’t prepared and just opened.» Seriously? Whataburger I thought you started serving breakfast at 11PM, I come to a fast food restaurant for fast service, not to sit and wait a long time for my food. To my dismay I decided to leave this location and head to the one down the street(even worse experience than this location– read my review to find out just how bad). I expect decent service from these two whataburgers being in the middle of two large universities but honestly they suck, and have really bad service. Stay away.

Dang. Love this place. Ordered a cinnamon roll with my meal. They forgot the cinnamon roll. You can’t forget the cinnamon roll. I can’t drive back up there. You failed me, whataburger.

LOVE Whataburger, but not this location. Always very slow. Also, tonight… for some reason they gave us cookies and small fries with our meal rather than just large fries they come with? Didn’t even mention they were doing that. I always check the bag before I drive off(anywhere I go), due to bad experiences. However, tonight, I didn’t go, my boyfriend picked it up on his way home and he isn’t as concerned as me. I definitely would have said something. He also asked for gravy and that was nowhere to be found. The one down the street at W. University is where I usually go, and never had any problems. They’re usually fairly quick, too. I would recommend driving down the street to this location.

Of every time I have been here over the past couple years, my burger is always smashed and flat when I receive it. Customers at the wee hours of the morning face a risk of totally receiving the wrong order and horrific customer service. The one down the street isn’t much better. Guess we’ll just eat in!

Don’t go to Whataburger if you’re in a hurry. Having said that, I missed this place while I was living in New England! My guilty pleasure burger spot near home. They get it right most of the time. And that’s good enough for me. Nom.

I had to ask to have my chicken sandwich re-done. It was old and the bun was soggy. The fries weren’t even up to the usual yummy Whataburger level. I wouldn’t run back to this location.

The Ft. Worth Drive location has been known for 45 minute waits in the drive-thru line for years and years. Once a great place, now slow and surly employees at the University Drive location have ruined our late-night BoB runs. They just can’t get it right even if it’s ordered time and time again. We got tired of free vouchers from the day manager and eventually just gave up on them learning how to do it right. The employees on loop 288 are friendly and don’t make so many order mistakes. How difficult IS it to remember 5 ingredients including the bun!!!

I love the fact that no matter which Whataburger you go to, if you go early in the morning, the place is filled with old people who congregate there every day for breakfast.
