Do not think that you will find any satisfaction in seeking information about the status of a refill request. Your call will be answered by a call center and after a they determine they can't answer your question, they will tell you that they will transfer you to a pharmacist. That person is located in another office in the same call center. When they realize they can't answer the question they will tell you they are going to transfer you to the pharmacy. That means they are transfering you to the local drug store. When that transfer is initiated, you will be put on hold. You wait for 30 minutes and the call is dropped. I assume this is the same routine for all Walgreen stores. The system does not meet expectations. You will have to make three or four phone calls before you finally make the connection with the local store and be given the correct information.

PHARMACY: THIS STORE WILL HAVE YOU HOLD ON THE PHONE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES WITHOUT SPEAKING TO YOU! THEN THEY HANG UP ON YOU WITHOUT VERBALLY EVER SPEAKING WITH YOU!!!! THEY SHOULD HIRE SOMEONE TO JUST ANSWER THE PHONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service it’s honestly pathetic. Literally the most rude pharmacy staff not to mention lazy. They think they can just shut down the drive through pharmacy whenever they want, it’s not fair for those who can ONLY use the drive through. The pharmacists treat you like you’re stupid and they’re too good for you. They ignore you standing at the counter for as long as they can. I hate this place. Walgreens pharmacies are all usually kind of lacking in hustle and customer service, but this one is just a day ruiner. I avoid coming here at all costs.

WORST«customer service» ever in the pharmacy!!! Both times I went I was treated so poorly and both ladies gave me an attitude the entire time and tried yelling over me speaking, which I was responding to their question but I guess they felt the need to cut me off to scream. Great reminder of why I go to CVS instead.

I wish they had been more prompt in getting our flu shots ready — they seemed to be handling other customers ahead of us. But they were friendly.

Horrible customer service by the Pharmacist in this store. Rude, condescending, uncooperative, and overall lack of compassion. If I could rate it less than one star I would. Take your business across the street to CVS.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE customer serivce. Called in to refill a prescription and was«greeted» by a RUDE person on the other line. Said they didn’t have me in the system(very rudely) and asked(very rudely) if I was sure I wasn’t getting confused with the CVS across the street. Ummmm no… I’ve been getting my prescription from you morons for the past 2 years. Switched over to the CVS immediatley.

I went in today to pick up my infant’s prescription. The pharmacist told me that it would take 20 minutes if I wanted to go wait in the store, or an hour and a half if I did not want to go in. If I waited in the parking lot, it would take an hour and a half. How does this make sense? If I bring my baby inside and expose her to other sick people, I can get my prescription faster? After this we are transferring our prescriptions. We’ve used another pharmacy in town that was able to fill our prescriptions immediately. The only pro to Walgreens is that they are open 24 hours.

Look here, Walgreens on University. Today I spent enough money in one transaction to pay the frantic cashier’s wage for the day. Multiply that by the 50 other people in line and I’m pretty sure you could afford to hire a second cashier. Short staffedness is a big problem at this Walgreens and has been for years. It’s situated on the corner of an intersection on a busy street next to a university and a residential area so it’s no surprise that on any given day it’s packed to the gills with people and their random-ass transactions. People go to Walgreens out of convenience, therefore you would expect to get in and out faster than you would the DMV, but no. The poor chick at the register was sweet but clearly overwhelmed and people in the line were not thrilled with waiting. On top of that some cretin was holding up the line asking if there was a limit on the number of 12 packs of Dr Pepper advertised in the circular. You know, because they REALLYNEED120 sodas at one time. My point is that this location gets enough business to operate more than one register at a time so people can get in and out of there with their condoms, Doritos, earwax removers, and copious amounts of Dr Pepper painlessly and in a timely fashion. I can’t even say I’ve seen a managerial type on the premises doing managerial things like making sure pissed off patrons don’t start a riot waiting in line like they’re waiting for St Peter while some old bag starts an inquisition over the price of a scented oil diffuser. Get your crap together, Walgreens or I may actually have to start going to CVS.

I only come here for my prescriptions usually and I’ve had some really obnoxious experiences, and one really great one. The great one was a woman who knew how to enter my insurance plan number, when the(three) other pharmacists had no idea and wanted to charge me full price for the meds. I mean its a regular Walgreen’s I suppose. Although at this very moment I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for forty-five minutes and no one has answered to say ’ be with you in a moment’, because the automated service wouldn’t let me refill my prescriptions with their service. Very disappointing. I might have to move my prescriptions elsewhere.
