Northstar Bank, you make me happy.
I have been a customer at NSB for a few years now and I can honestly say — this is as good as banking gets. I also have accounts at a larger bank and every time I have to deal with them it makes me happier that I have moved most of my accounts to NS. I just always feel so hassled by my larger bank. It’s not warm and fuzzy.
What makes Northstar give me that warm and fuzzy feeling? Service. I have never had an encounter with a Northstar employee (at this location or any other) that was not handled in the most professional, warm, and efficient way.
