Took me awhile to write this due to being busy, but did want to share some thoughts about this place. First off, Dr. Dao was recommended to me by a couple other people. So, I made an appointment and was seen less than a week later. When I got to the clinic the receptionist was very nice. I was put in a room and a doctor came in who was clearly NOT Dr. Dao. I said something about this and was told he was on vacation. That was strike number 1! I had a fleeting thought of just canceling the visit right then because I was there to see the doctor that was recommended to me. But, due to the pain in my foot, I stayed. Although the doctor I saw was okay(but I still have pain), I would have to say that I was not pleased with the fact that I wasn’t told Dr. Dao would not be there. I then received a bill that in my opinion was an outrageous amount for the services I received. All in all, I made the mistake of staying when I should have walked out which was my bad. I can’t recommend the doctor nor the place as I didn’t see the doctor I had made the appointment with and I feel the charges were inflated. So, live and learn. Still have the foot pain, too, but will pursue a different podiatrist. Oh, and recommend asking about charges up front and comparing costs even if you have insurance.
