Logan Boot & Shoe Repair

Phenomenal work done to my ragged old pair of cowboy boots. Couldn’t believe how good they looked when I picked them up. Great service for a great price!

Brought my old scuffed-​up cowboy boots in and they re-​dyed the leather on the toes and cleaned them up nice. One of my boots was missing a nail, the owner had noted for the technician to fix it but they’d forgotten to, so she fixed it in front of me before I left. (I had to ask her to).
I didnt find it particularly pricey, but I’m self-​employed, value services and understand the high overhead cost people have to deal with in small business!
I think this is a taste of original Denton before it was trendy. Come & see the true «original Denton.» Also, it would do the world good if we millenials would all buy nice, fair-​trade shoes that dont fall apart after one season…

On multiple occasions, I have taken shoes for simple repairs, and they either charge so much or say the repair will take an unreasonable amount of time. Moreover, the attitude has been less than friendly. I will take my shoes to the shop in Lewisville from now on, even though it is a much longer drive.

The pair of shoes I brought in to be cleaned/​polished was returned in an almost worse condition (lots of new little scratches, different color, scuffs not completely removed, though I was appreciative of one big dent in the heel being fixed), the staff had an accusatory and argumentative attitude, and the item wasn’t ready when quoted. I was very disappointed, as I am a strong believer in supporting local business, but that support still has to be earned with quality service.

Added extra holes in the ankle strap of a pair of sandals — I was expecting to have to drop them off, but they did the work right then and there and didn’t charge! Just asked for something in the tip jar. Great work, and a lot quicker than I expected.

They did a great job repairing my bag. It was a little pricey but I know this work takes time and willingly paid it for a beloved bag. My only reason for not awarding 5 stars was that it took several trips into the store to pick up my item. When I left it there I said there was no hurry (it was just before the holidays), they said they would have it done in 4 days and I went in and it wasn’t done, their response was that I had said «no hurry» — yes, but I could have been saved a trip if I had known it wasn’t done. Anyway, I would definitely return to them if I needed other repairs, just be really clear on when it will be done. I highly recommend the quality of the work, and the staff are really friendly.
