I found this place online and visited yesterday. It’s really nice and they offer a great variety of fresh produce and even meat. The only downside was there was very limited selection. Also, I wasn’t aware that the items on the opposite side of the entrance was only for this program that you had to pay for In advance. I really wanted a few of those items. I may end up joining that program, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t purchase from that side. Overall, this was a pretty cool place to get some very fresh produce/meats. I ended up buying greens and cabbage and I can’t wait to cook it. I’m sure it’ll turn out great. I recommend this place to anymore looking for quality/fresh food. i will definitely return. Christina was really nice and explained everything to me and provided excellent customer service which goes a long way.

Just stumbled upon this beautiful gem walking home from the Cupboard, and BOY am I GLAD I held off on my produce shopping until I got here! This place is AMAZING! The owners Christina and Ryan easily make you feel like family and are super helpful! I was very excited to see some of my favorite products I’m used to driving 45min to Downtown Dallas Farmers Market or McKinney Market to pick up now just within walking distance of my house!!! If you live in Denton and are seeking the highest quality produce, sustainable organic meats, honey, spices, hormone free cage free EGGS, kombucha scobys, etc. YOUMUSTCOMESEETHISPLACE! Everything is REALLYREASONABLYPRICED! Or better yet you can even sign up for their weekly CSA(community supported agriculture) shares! I sure know where I’ll be going now to shop and healthily my body. Thanks for existing Earthwise! I can’t wait to spread the word and get my health savvy friends to start coming here. Bless!

Small shop hidden off to the left on Elm. They’ve mostly got some produce, dairy options, and a crap-ton of honey. I come for the fresh, fresh eggs($ 5 a dozen and totally worth it). My only complaint is sometimes they have stuff and sometimes they take all of it off to market. Like garlic. How hard is it to at least leave behind a smattering of items? Great peaches last week, at least!

Best produce around. I always recommend them as a stop to pick up some fresh fruit if out for a walk. Their cheeses are local quality and great for pick nicks.

The produce sold here is out of this world awesome. Everything comes from Texas. The quality is outstanding. I just stop in to see what they have, and that’s what we have for dinner. Toasted cauliflower with a soft boiled farm fresh egg? Sauteed okra, sweet carrots, beats, herbs, and homemade brat sausages? Dill, garlic, cucumbers, and tomatoes? My husband always rants and raves about the freshness after dinner. He loves it. They are staring to sell local salsas and local coffee, too. Oh, and the milk. They sell probably the best milk I have ever had in my life. Love this place. My only suggestion would be to have a large sign or flag for the side yard that states they are open. It is hard to tell unless you circle the block.

What a great addition to Denton! I’ve been wanting something like this to open up for awhile, and I love Earthwise Gardens so much. The owners are incredibly friendly, the produce is delicious, and the selection is pretty good. I love that they are a small business that supports local business. My only critiques would be that I wish their selection was a bit bigger — more fruit would be awesome! But I understand they are growing slowly. I also wish the prices were a big lower. $ 5 for a dozen eggs is a bit much! But I really love the atmosphere and the location, and I’m definitely going to continue to be a customer.

Am a member of this CSA and am thoroughly enjoying it! Ryan and his family run a great coop and are friendly and dedicated. The price is right. The produce is local and organic. What’s not to love?! FYI — he charges by the month, you pay at the end of the month for the upcoming month. You can pick up on Thursday evening(which I usually do) or stop by the farmer’s market on Saturday morning(which is fun too). The size of the share is generous and the quality and variety is excellent. I’m single(but do cook every day) and share a half-share with a friend — it’s the perfect amount! Because the produce is so fresh, it lasts longer than what you get at the store. Here’s how I run with this wonderfulness — on Wed Ryan sends everyone an email with a list of what the share is that week. I look it over and decide what I’ll be cooking that week. I then make a grocery list of the few items and staples I will need from the store. It’s easy to keep up with, keeps me organized and I am always trying new recipes that can work in my share for the week. If I run out of ideas I can always turn to the website or fb page for recipes using the produce that week.
