Best 1 Hr Cleaners & Laundry

False advertising! ! No services are offered in an hour! !! Then when I said it was false, I was hung up on by the employee.

We have been using this cleaners for a few years now and can say it is one of the better dry cleaners around. Sunny, the employee, is great! She has even completed several alterations for my husband. During the winter months, I took in a sweater I had snagged and right on the spot she fixed it without even charging me. Speaking of pricing, I think they are very affordable. I’ve paid much more for a lot less in the past. If you’re looking for a new cleaners, give them a try. I will agree with another poster regarding the smell. That said, they do not have central a/​c or heating so obviously it is stale in the facility, especially in the summer. I believe the smoking is done standing outside the back door, but I’ve never had a problem with my clothes smelling and I’m not a smoker.

Best 1 hr Cleaners is A-​mazing! I bring suits, dress shirts, dresses, and coats in to get dry cleaned and they always come back as clean (or cleaner!) than the day I bought them. They have a knack for getting out tough stains, too. And since they do not use perc in their dry cleaning process, the clothes always smell clean and fresh. The texture of the clothes is soft, not dry or brittle like other dry cleaners.
Plus, they are always very friendly. I highly recommend them!

I took my comforter in to be cleaned the other day, first mistake was not turning right around and walking out the door. The stench of stale cigarette smoke was the first thing to hit me. The lady came from the back, didn’t say HI or anything. Not friendly. Anyway, I left my comforter to be cleaned and I was to return the next day to pick it up.
Fast forward to the next day, I walk into the shop, hit once again by stale smoke. and the whole while hoping my comforter wouldn’t smell the same way when I got it home. It did. I should have checked it before I left, or I would have never paid for it, so I took it back and I demanded a refund. The nasty oriental lady DENIED anyone smoking in there to begin with until I told her I had smoked for 30 years and have been quit for two so I KNOW what stale cigarette smoke smells like. Non the less, didn’t get a refund, but I will not be back and this review of her business will be on the www forever. So, I suggest, if you don’t want your clothes or anything else you take into that business, to smell of nasty, stale cigarettes, I wouldn’t walk through that door.
