This restaurant is wonderful in every way. I can’t wait to go back again! The food is near perfect and the waitstaff were all very congenial and attentive.

We love this restaurant on the Cape. Making reservations on Open Table is so easy and they also call and confirm the reservation. I always order the oyster stew because it is amazing. They cook their swordfish to perfection. Their crème brûlée dessert with a chocolate fin is delicious too. After dinner try going to the Harvest Wine Gallery right next door for some live music and another glass of wine. Great location. Cheers!

We tried Fin again this summer and loved it. They worked out all the kinks and we had a lovely meal and terrific service. Can’t wait to go back. Much improved.

We decided to give Fin a try after reading some glowing write-ups in The Boston Globe. The restaurant occupies what I’m guessing is an old, renovated house right off 6A. It’s clean and cozy. Plenty of parking. We ate upstairs in a room with a few other tables. Service was good. The staff was friendly, and everything was generally well-timed. There’s a very limited beer selection, though at least their taps are devoted to local beers(Cape Cod Beer). There’s a decent wine selection, too, and okay cocktail options. The meal was good. The house made rolls were quite good. The oyster chowder – with apple wood smoked bacon, chives, and white truffle oil – was delicious and nicely presented. Our entrees – the scallop special and founder – were good though less memorable than the rest of the meal. They also seemed a little overpriced for what was served. Overall, a good Mid-Cape upscale dining option.

We found fin on a «bostons top» list and decided to try it out. The atmosphere is cozy like you are at someone’s home and there’s plenty of parking. Dinner was ok. We went to the ocean house the night before and that meal was awesome. The rolls were great here — fresh out of the oven. Then we had oysters for an appetizer. They tasted off. They didn’t taste fresh — a little old tasting. A little fishy. We eat oysters all the time and I haven’t tasted something like this in a while. It was served with vinegar and some type of grey goose sauces which we weren’t crazy about. So we ordered tuna tartare for an app and that was awesome. For our meals we got a pork chop and garlic shrimp. The pork chop was good but didn’t seem cooked as well as we normally prefer — lots of pink. The garlic shrimp was bland by itself but came with really good basil risotto. Overall we felt the bill was pretty hefty compared to the dinner. It was good to try but we probably would try another place next time. Staff was very friendly.

The food was as expected fantastic! I had the monk fish, crab cake and grapefruit orange sorbet penna cotta with coconut froth.

Darn it! I wanted to like this place so bad. Quite honestly, this should be a 2 star review, but I’m giving some benefit of doubt due to a few bright spots. The good: — really cool location nestled in a renovated historic house — great baked clam app — solid scallop special The not so good: — my wife’s yellowfin tuna entrée was COMPLETELY overwhelmed by noodles that were drenched in a super salty soy concoction. I didn’t think she was serious until I tasted it for myself. — super expensive for what you get. I don’t mind paying a lot for a great meal, but 4 medium-sized scallops for $ 34? Come on now — service was sub par. Perhaps just an off night, but we couldn’t score a drink at the bar to save our lives, and our waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there I’ll give this joint another try someday, but certainly won’t rush back anytime soon

Flawless service, presentation, plating and cuisine. TOPNOTCH. The only issue remains, noise level here is an issue. The ceiling baffles don’t help much in the bar area. Thanks Tina for making our night amazing!
