The bread was great. I had the hockey sand which. It was good. The chicken was comparable to Popeyes but less flavor. They have complimentary ice cream for the win!

The catfish was very good! Dirty rice was also very good. Best I have had at any sort of fast food and most regular restaurants.
Fried Chicken was good but not better than any other place.
Iced tea was good but just average.
They had roasted chicken also and it was pretty good. A lot of variety for fast food. I will come to this place again. Glad it is a chain.

So all this time I thought the only placed that ONLY served chicken tenders was raising canes, apparently this business model was been around a long time. Within the past month I have not only had canes, I was able to try chicken E and now Golden chick. I must say cane’s is still the best. Golden chick step up your game, whataburger has a better gravy sauce.
