BUYER BEWARE: Certified Alarms cannot be trusted. My cell phone stopped communicating with the system for remote access. After being a customer of Certified for approximately 30+ years, Harley find me I needed system upgrade and it was going to cost $ 199.99 down or nothing down and a two year contract. The owner“s wife, told me that she had listened to Harley’ phone call with me and she was not going to honor what he quoted me. The price was a three year contract. There were other price discrepancies that Certified tried to enforce that did not exist. Jan Howard is very unprofessional and her company was very dishonest to me BUYER BEWARE!!!
