Called and made an appointment because my carpet was very dirty but not ready to replace. Bruce was very knowledgeable and explained the process/​equipment thoroughly. After the first pass, I knew that the results were better than I had expected. My carpet looks amazing and even the oldest/​hardest stains were removed. Definitely will use again and would highly recommend!

We just bought a house in Lake Mary and desperately needed the tiles cleaned as previous owner’s had more then one dog… Ellen the owner was able to come in and not only clean the tiles but make them look like new… I had intended to get rid of the kitchen tile altogether but after they were cleaned I love them so they are staying… I would definitely recommend this company both Ellen and Bruce are very nice, and knowledgeable when it comes to cleaning tile they also do carpet and super reasonable.

Called them to have my carpets steamed cleaned cause got a puppy about a month ago. Tommy was on time and great. Explained to us about staining and «wicking» where the stains can come back up if it’s in the pad. He also advised us how to slow down that process. Have used a national chain in the past but no more. I highly recommend Steam Clean My Carpets and will definitely use them again!

This is an excellent service. Ellen immediately followed up with me even though I did not leave a message. She was helpful and took the time to discuss what needed to be done. She was able to schedule something quickly working around my schedule. Tommy came on time and did an excellent job. The carpets look and smell wonderful. He was fast and thorough. He even explained how to do spot cleaning if necessary. I will be calling them back for any additional cleaning. I highly recommend Steam Clean My Carpets. Great price. Excellent service.
