Great customer service. They helped me and recommended me to some great sources to help handle my claim. Would use again, but hope never have too. One flood is enough.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience working with this company. Our guest bathroom shower had to be repaired for mold. Restoration 1 sent out a crew to demo the shower. The supervisor was called away from the job leaving a VERY inexperience person in charge who ruptured the toilet line cause my home to flood nearly 4 inches in water ruining my base boards and drywall thorough my home causing over $ 3000 in water damages as well as major stress for everyone. The owner tried to smooth things over by only paying only $ 1500. We attempted to call him and his staff several times but they still have NOT returned our calls. Based off our experience I cannot recommend this company.

Awesome company. They worked very hard to make sure I understood the process before they started. So glad I called them first. They totally put my mind at ease and took care of the problem. I can’t say enough about Lloyd and Dennis.

A pipe inside my wall was leaking, causing mold to grow inside the wall and begin to migrate to the outside where it was visible. I called Restoration 1 to take a look. They came in with their moisture detectors and immediately found the leaky pipe. They then provided me a detailed 3-​tiered estimate and explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it.
They came in removed a small section of my drywall, fixed the leak, applied some anti-​microbial to kill the mold, and ran scrubbers and dehumidifiers for several days. When they came back, the walls were completely dry.
They did a great job repairing the drywall. I can’t even tell where they repaired it.
They made sure they could take care of the problem with a minimal amount of cutting into the wall. They were professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they would.
I couldn’t be happier.
